I had just moved to my new home when they knocked on my door to offer their services. I was so impressed by the person I spoke to that I signed up. Although I have only had one visit so far I was happy with their service and friendly staff. I will definitely be seeing them again to continue my service! Thank you read more

Dishonest Company. When you sign up, the don't say anything - but they won't actually service your property automatically. They send a spammy text (which you ofc ignore because who doesn't ignore spammy texts) and if you don't manually schedule with them they just don't service your property. Was with them a year until I realized they weren't having any problem billing me, but never once came out to service. AVOID read more

Very rude and judgmental staff definitely would never hire them. Not worth the money.

Super service! I've used Beeline Pest Control for years. They are always on time, courteous, and friendly!

Be careful! The service is contract driven with strict policy adherence without waiver. I would not recommend a pest control service that comes with a contract like theirs! read more

I called a few places and Beeline pest control was the most reasonable for the best service out there. I think almost everyone in our neighborhood has used these guys. We have a little emesis bug problem in our area and they seemed to knock out most of them. These guys are no pressure and are just about doing business with the bugs. Highly recommend! I only give them a negative star because they haven't updated their payment system in like 50 years. They still require their service guy to call in to the main hub and read off your credit card number their secretary. Hopefully they update this soon! Haha read more

These guys will cheat you out of money. Do not agree to these scammers! They will come and respray if your still seeing bugs, yes but that does not mean the respray will do anything different than the initial spray. I called to cancel service. The girl that answered my call talked me into just one more spray saying she promised it would make a difference and it did not. Knowing that I canceled further treatments. Then I get home from work yesterday to a notice they came and sprayed again. Automatically charging another $75 out of my bank. I called she said I needed to call again and cancel but did not so they would be charging my account I allowed them to spray every 4 weeks since March. That's a chunck of change in their pocket. I trusted these guys. I am the stupid one that kept buying into their scam. They will not be spraying any of the properties I manager either. Good job Beeline read more

They do not follow instructions and fail to address the problem properly. I hired them for a mice extermination at a rental property. After the first visit, the tenants still reported seeing mice. When I called them back, they returned but told my husband the inside treatment wasn't necessary--despite my clear instructions that the inside needed to be treated. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

They are abnoxious to say the least. The call to make appointments on Holidays, instead of letting their workers off. They call to make an appointment on Veterans Day, really. This disruption on this special holiday with your family and friends was enough for me. They try to threaten you with contract, and they Do Not back-up their warranty especially on the outside area. I dumped them after being with them for a couple of years. read more

Fast young expensive poor at exterminating bugs. They are terrible don't finish the job and check off work they don't do. Also no satisfaction guaranteed. They promise a retreatment then make you pay the full price read more

Look, I don't hate bugs-I just don't want them in my house. I've struggled with ants and spiders in my house and have tried to manage them on my own, but finally was fed up and decided that it was time to bring in the professionals. I was referred to Beeline and gave them a call. The booking process was quick and easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule with an appointment that worked well for me. The nice young man that sprayed my house was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The process took less than 20 minutes and included spraying inside and outside the house. He explained that the spray was guaranteed inside only-bugs are meant to be outside-they spray the outside of the house to prevent them from coming in. Great service and friendly folks! #lfthx read more

This is a great quality pest control service with customer service that values their customers. It's really hard to find good customer service here in Utah I have found only being here for 4 months now, but these guys and their office staff are on point. I'm leaving the state because apparently Utah let's landlords get away with making their tenants get sick with mold poisoning, but these guys are the best if you're going to be here in Utah and you have pest control issues from a shitty landlord in Ogden as well. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed their services. They're quick, friendly, professional, and were very helpful with a new mouse infestation problems I had. They laid out bait traps in locations so I didn't have to worry about my pets getting at them. And as they did everything, they explained the process and I haven't seen any signs of mice since. They've always arrived within their scheduled window. And once, I was even though I was unable to make our appointment, they were understanding and I was able to easily reschedule it. Would definitely recommend. read more

I made one call to Beeline and they handled things from there. They coordinated with my tenants in Salt Lake City to schedule their work, did a great job, then followed up with me. I found their service to be friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They also provide a 30-day guarantee, which they honored after some boxelder bugs reappeared. I highly recommend Beeline!! I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Great service, effective treatment of a nasty in ground yellow jacket nest. We highly recommend them.

I called Beeline Pest Control and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable lady. I explained that I had hornets buzzing around our oak trees in the backyard and wondered if there may be a nest in the trees. She said she could send a technician out the next day during a 2 hour window. Cameron arrived on time the following day and explained that if he could locate a nest and spot treat it, Beeline would guarantee it for 30 days. Although he didn't locate a nest in the trees, he sprayed the trees and deck area thoroughly with a solution that is not harmful to humans, pets or livestock and to my amazement it worked. We can finally use our backyard and deck! I would happily recommend Beeline Pest Control for any and all bug problems and would certainly use them in the future. read more

I have used beeline pest for many years on motels and my 200 apartments. When Brandon the applicator came to one of my hotels he left the clipboard outside the room so it wasn't secure in some dirt bag grabbed it and knew all the master codes. When I brought it up to Tracy peoples the owner he didn't want to claim any responsibility of incompetence and lay the blame on me. ? I was hoping to shave some money off the bill, instead he says (paraphrase) we're the cheapest in town good luck! So my turn to tell Tracy good luck.! read more

We had the usual suspects, beetles, spiders, and earwigs. I called Beeline and everything was a breeze. From the phone call/setting up the appointment to the next day service was great. Our technician Joe was great. A very laid back personality who listened to our issues and calmly proceeded to take care of it swiftly. He reiterated that the chemical was not toxic or harmful to children or pets, which was great because our toddler was watching and following him the whole time (LOL). He was also polite enough to respect our house rules of no outside shoes in the house, that was big for us. The service lasted no longer than 20-30 minutes and their price is extremely fair. They also have a 30 day warranty if you see any more creepy crawlers, they will comeback and respray until the issue is taken care of. I truly have nothing bad to say. read more

The guy was so Nice asked me all about what bugs I was interested in getting rid of. They came quickly and sprayed it was easy to get an appt and sprayed primarily outside which is my preference! My dog enjoyed watching the action! I will definitely use them again!! read more

I was very impressed with Beeline Pest Control. They were efficient, courteous, professional, and since they came and I have not seen any spiders which were very prevalent in the months prior. They did not try to upsell me and were not pushy in any way. I will definitely go with them again and I would recommend them to anyone. I say this especially because I have gone with other pest-control companies in the past I have not had good experiences. read more

Friendly technician and he arrived on time. He was fairly new but did a good job. After several weeks we have had no issue with mosquitoes

DO NOT SIGN -- ITS AN ANNUAL CONTRACT, MINIMAL WORK This company was not upfront in making it clear we were locking in to a contract with an early termination fee. The man who came spent less than 10 minutes on our property, and did not even spray upstairs where a primary concern of spiders in our bedrooms existed. After several calls to schedule our next service, I expressed our dissatisfaction of their services. The person who took my call said they understood and that we would no longer receive calls from the company. More than a year later, I received a statement in the mail requiring an early termination fee and notification that our account was over 90 past due and being sent to collections. I called to talk to someone to understand why we must pay a fee for a subpar service we discontinued with no notification of said fee. They simply repeated that we had entered a contract and agreed to this payment. We don't even live in the state anymore. No apologies for poor service, unsolicited recurring phone calls, or a required payment for services we didn't receive for a contract we signed unknowingly. The company happily took my credit card information over the phone to collect my $30. I hope that money was worth my first ever online review. I'm taking the time so others do not end up in the same situation we did. Alternatively, I would recommend Jeff Arnell with Columbia Pest Control with 6 stars out of 5. The only reason we ever tried Beeline after Jeff is because they said they had serviced our newly purchased home previously and I had misplaced Jeff's information. My mistake. Hindsight is 20/20. Columbia Pest Control, Jeff Arnell, (801) 292-1301 I wish Jeff could travel to our home in Florida! I would have him again in a heartbeat! He guarantees all his work and is amazing to work with! He doesn't require contracts... doesn't need to because you will continue to hire him simply because he does great work! Cannot say enough good things about Jeff's work! read more

This company and their employees LACK INTEGRITY. I made the mistake by using them....Mediocre service provided at best. followed by pestering phone calls to schedule a follow up service. I explained that I was not interested in continuing with them...fast forward another 2 months and another phone call asking to schedule a service...when I refused this time I was threatened with a $30 cancellation fee, and I was very rudely asked "did I review the contract?" I supposedly signed. I explained that I didn't sign any contract. I called their BS and asked them to produce the document with my signature and email it to me. When I called back because I received an email they finally checked and realized I never signed any document. I then asked why wasn't this verified prior to calling me. I was told that they make "1000s of phone calls so they can't take the time to check." read more

They messaged be back right away to verify information about my bug problem. They were able to get someone to my house within 3 hours! They sprayed (pet friendly, yay!) all around the windows, door frames, baseboards, and all around outside. Along with laying down "ant cookies", as he put it, to get every last ant. The tech was so nice and explained everything to me. This is my first home therefore my first time dealing with pest control and I didn't feel taken advantage of, which was refreshing. They are a great company and I highly recommend them. They were also the most affordable quote that I had received and you get the most out of the cost too! read more

Rep was super nice and very informative. We saw results immediately and have been very satisfied so far I would recommend Beeline to anyone the price is right and the service is fantastic. read more

Beeline is friendly, efficient, and effective. The office staff is polite and willing to listen and help with your pest problems. The techs waste little time but do a thorough job. We had a terrible problem with hornets/wasps. They had over taken our yard and garden. Beeline came out and sprayed the eves of the house, garage and overhang. Immediately there was a decrease in the number of hornets. After a week there was a few still lingering. When I called they came out and resprayed a stubborn hiding spot. We have been virtually wasp free since. read more

Had a pretty bad bedbug problem. No idea how we got them but I know how we got rid of them, Beeline Pest Control. If you do any research on bedbugs you'll know they are nasty and hard to get rid of. I called Beeline and they were out within the next day or so. Courteous and professional, completely non-toxic solution. Covered the whole house and wiped them out. We required one follow up treatment which was covered under the initial cost and haven't seen one of those buggers since. Not only do I recommend them, but I intend to use them again for any future needs. read more

They were able to schedule us quickly. Professional courteous. They can put and except pained what they would be doing and required little time from me as I work from home. They let me know where they sprayed and the areas of concern that they found. I would definitely use them again. read more

Aweful company, when they arrived the driver spit. A huge load of flem on my driveway. This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever had a service man do. He said he has flem and he was trying to get it out. Well guess what covid!!! He then got out of his car after I clearly told him to leave. I had to say "get the fuck out of here your trespassing" multuple times for him to leave. I also never saw a mask on him. Why do I want to pay this disrespeful fucker to spit on my driveway and spread his covid around. read more

I contacted Beeline pest control through the Yelp App. They got back to me through the messages section fairly quickly. They asked for more details I replied and back-and-forth a few times. Once I decide to go with them we schedule a day and time. That was easy. Once the daycare, yesterday, the scheduled window was between two and 4 o'clock. So I made sure everybody was ready for their rooms clean and I was home in time. I hadn't seen anybody and it was 3:45. So I messaged them through the Yelp app again to ask if they were still coming. they replied back almost immediately to let me know that The employee would be at my house within a couple of minutes. He was just running behind because they had a couple of people call in sick and he had to cover. He did show up right before 4 o'clock. So technically he was on time. He talk to me about what he was doing ask what I needed, explained how it worked, and then got right to work. He was in and out of the house within about 15 minutes. Then he walked around and did the outside for another 15 minutes. He was very fast and efficient and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Now we just give it a little time to make sure everything died! read more

We have had Beeline service in our Park City home for over 6 years. The service has gone downhill lately. In the past the techs have been right on point and we seldom if ever saw a live pest! We on on our 3rd tech (TJ) and he just doesn't seem to be there. Poor communication, always has earbuds in his ears so you never know if he is listening, and we have seen more live spiders in the last year than we have in the previous 6. We have checked after he has sprayed inside and he has missed a room or two as there is no evidence of fresh spray. Wondering if we need to find another service. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced. COMPLETE FRAUD and very unprofessional. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE RETREAT THEY PROMISE. They promised to come retreat any time in between services and did NOT keep that promise. First they never showed up for the retreat. When I called they said we will only retreat if you pay for and schedule your next service. So basically they would not provide the retreat. There are plenty of other good companies out there. Go somewhere else. read more

The actual service was fine, but the technician (Jeremy) was unprofessional. He let himself in my house after completing the exterior spray - no knock, no doorbell. I have 3 dogs and they were a bit upset by a stranger entering the home unannounced. After he completed the service, he left both gates to my back yard open. I quickly realized 2 of my dogs were gone, and went out to find them. Luckily Jeremy got them before they went too far and put them into the yard via one of the gates he left open, BUT HE HAD LEFT THE OTHER GATE WIDE OPEN. By the time I realized what had happened, my dogs were long gone. While looking for my dogs, I found Jeremy parked down the street and told him that he had left the other gate opened and that the dogs were out again. He actually BLAMED THE GATE, telling me it was broken (it's not). Since he was able to open the gate, it stands to reason he should have either been able to close it or at least let me know that he needed help closing it. Instead, he just left it open. I called the owner of the company and told him what happened, and he said 'Well, your gate is broken, that's the problem.' Unfortunately, that's not the problem. Your technician is the problem. My gate is fine, it's latched and closed, and I was able to find my dogs. Now I just need to find another company to spray for spiders next time. read more

We have been super happy with Beeline pest control! We even went with a different company for a while because we didn't realize we could get a particular service through Beeline. Loved Beeline! My bf and I were going through some pest control issues after having newly moved to Utah, and it seemed that we kept coming across the most unhelpful and unsympathetic people to our issues.
