The guy that came was very nice, hosed the house down, and after he left the great smell of pesticides was in the air. Love it! However, the bugs never completely left. They were still here, just less of them. I called about a week later and they sent a second guy out who was fantastic. I'm not sure what he sprayed in all the corners and crevices, but within three days, the bugs were gone. It's been a week and I can still smell the great smell of pesticides so I know it's still working. It took two tries, but they finally got it. The second guy even told me the plan, a follow up in two weeks, without me having to ask. Exactly what I wanted. I'm glad I called them.
