This was a recommendation from one of the ladies in the office when I called and asked questions about their systems and also from the salesperson Chad, who showed up at my house and gave me quotes on different brands and models. Both recommendations were a determining factor on my purchase. This particular AC system has a 12/12/12-year warranty and was about the same price as a Trane unit with a 10/5/5-year warranty, so it was a no brainer. The installation guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were a team of four and were well knowledgeable as to what they had to do. They took out the old one and put in the new one in about 3.5 hours. Everything went smoothly and they were very professional. I had dozens of questions as I watched the whole installation, and they answered all of them. They cleaned up everything and showed me how to work my new thermostat. A new outer shroud/duct was ordered and made within a few days and installed as promised. I cannot say enough how happy I am with the whole experience. From the girls in the office, the salesman Chad and the four guys that installed the unit all were extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all my questions. I called this particular company because they also installed a Trane unit in my mother's house about 20 years ago and we also had a good experience then too.
