I always find unique stuff that the kids love and they have fabulous coupons that make my budget stretch even further than I expected. Thanks to H-E-B, I am ahead on my Christmas shopping and that's something I never ever thought I would say! Let's talk about this pharmacy! If you have a prescription that is not covered by your insurance, always bring it to H-E-B! GoodRX has much better savings at H-E-B than anywhere else. My RX with GoodRX was $700 at Walgreens yet it was only $30 here. And that's for a month supply! That's a major difference on my budget for a RX that I can't live without! And if you know that a RX is coming, let them know you anticipate your doctor prescribing it and they will make sure it is in stock so you never run out! Now I am never out of my hard to find RX. And they have shorter pharmacy lines with much more polite staff members! So much better than Walgreens or CVS!

Yesterday around 6 PM, I visited your store. Due to the busy drive-thru, I went inside and ordered…read moretwo mini-gallons of watermelon tea. After a lengthy wait that delayed my schedule. I was taking one to AZ on Sunday. I received my teas, grabbed them, and left. That evening, I poured half of one into a glass and realized it was the wrong tea. It was just plain sweet tea. The next day, I returned to the store, expecting a straightforward resolution as a long-time customer who consistently orders watermelon tea. When asked for a receipt, which I did not have, the manager, Lorraine Cobos (GM09), informed me it couldn't be their mistake because everything is labeled Copy uested the last four digits of my credit ca. -,. provided them. She then claimed that my last visit was in March, despite my visit the previous day. I showed her my bank statement to prove otherwise. Which she saw and then scoffed at. Despite all of this, she refused to replace my tea and berated me in front of her staff, using me as a learning opportunity by saying it was my responsibility to check if I received the correct tea and that's why they label them like they do. I know what | ordered. I only ever order watermelon tea. You have a great product and concept, and I am confident in your success. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the customer service skills of your general managers. As a GM myself, I was appalled by Ms. Cobos' actions and believe her treatment of guest warrants serious consideration and perhaps additional training.

Over 70 Vendors servicing the Midland-Odessa area with a nice mix of goods for sale. Farms selling traditional produce sold next to home gardeners with more unique items like Armenian Cucumbers, red garlic and shelled walnuts. A lot of mom and pop-type baked goods, pickles and preserves, too. A flower shop where you could make your own bouquets paid by the stem. And plenty of drink options like Serendipitea Boba and Far West Coffee with their Apple-Blueberry Topo Chico-topped Nitro Cold Brew - mouthful right? Phew! On this particular day, they had live music and an area for drop-in (free!) yoga next to the plaza's beautiful fountain. It was very scenic, a nice calm away from the desert and oil ponies this area is more known for. And dogs are allowed, so everyone in the family can join! Unfortunately, the same issues that plague the rest of this area, hit this market too. Things like... Long queues. Worker shortage so you wait 30mins for a drink order. Crowds. And so expensive! $7 Cold Brew and $10 for ONE peony stem are the type of things I expect from a big city. And here, the quality didn't match the pricing. Everything we ate was mediocre. The fancy flowers weren't even home-grown, they came out of plastic and into bins just like HEB's flowers. In fact, I saw more than one vendor repackage bulk goods so it cheapened the experience a bit. Overall, an interesting experience. Clearly there's a market to do these more often so they really should. It might lessen the crowds, allow for lower pricing and over time, maybe allow for better quality goods. And add some tables and chairs so I don't have to take a Louis Vuitton to the face while I'm trying to eat my food.
