I have never seen a chiropractor before and my husband being a physical therapist said it's hard to find a good chiropractor who is willing to help you and fix the issue. I have heard from my friends how they haven't really helped them and how they were pushed right off the bat to sign up for a membership. After having my second child my left hip butt area was constantly bothering me. Before kids it did bother me from time to time but I would do exercise that my husband gave me that helped but my husband's knowledge on manipulation and such was limited. Now the pain became constant and I proceeded to seek out a chiropractor. I called several places but my insurance didn't cover it and pricing was quite pricey. Then I found Beecher chiropractic - the reviews I read on Yelp and Google were good so I gave it a go and it helps that it was literally less than 5 minutes from my house. First visit was to explain my issue, when it hurt, how long, etc. Then he did his assessments and was confident that with some exercises and follow ups that we would resolve my pain. Love to hear that! He showed me exercises to do at home once a day for two weeks. When I came back for my follow up I have improved with minimal pain. With each follow up I improved to where my pain was resolved! My follow up appointments lengthen in between to make sure I was maintaining and the issue didn't return. When I told my husband about my initial appointment and showed him my exercises, he was impressed! He said I found a great chiropractor! Physical Therapist approved! Haha The front desk is friendly and welcoming! Mr. Beecher is a cool dude! He has a great bedside manner but also has a great sense of humor! Very knowledgable and can see how much he is wanting to help you and get better. Even though my insurance didn't cover it, the out of pocket cost for the initial visit is less than $90 and the follow up visits are less. Very affordable for absolutely amazing care! Dr Beecher literally changed the way I walk. I struggled with knee pain which my PCP struggled to fix. I was hesitant to try a chiropractor but he diagnosed the issue on my first visit. Before July of this year I've never been to a chiropractor, but given the realities of 2020, my toddler getting heavier, and working from home, my back was in a bad state. I had this minor twitch feeling on my mid back, a pain in my heel, and neck soreness. I decided to try out dr. Beecher since my wife saw him after having our first baby, and she had great things to say. The office is in a shopping strip near grazing at pineloch and el Camino, and the woman at the front desk was welcoming and reassuring the process was safe and will make me feel better after the first visit. I told the doc my issues, he took an X-ray to rule out a potentially concerning prognosis, and told me about some stretches I could do, that I should get an exercise ball for stretches to undo some desk slouching, and after the muscle relaxer electric thing he popped my back and shoulder blades in a few different ways and I felt like a new man walking out of that center. I felt the treatment was extremely tailored to me, I know it was different than my wife had, and dr. Beecher was attentive, inquisitive, constantly asking if I had any questions, making sure I was comfortable, and asking if my condition has improved over the course of a few visits. Turns out my heel pain was from jogging on an incline trainer on a constant incline, he recommended changing it over the course of a jog to reduce impact on my joints. With insurance my visits were somewhere around $50 +-10, and definitely worth the money from my perspective. I think it's easy to assume issues will go away but I've had this pain for over 3 months and didn't want to create some chronic back pain, and thanks to this clinic I feel as good as I used to again! I bought an ice pack here, they told me it's better than others since it holds the temp better and doesn't condensate, and i 100% agree, they weren't pushy about it but I decided to get one anyways since I use it daily until I'm feeling back to normal! read more

I think this place is way overpriced. All you get is electric stimulation for 10 minutes and then an adjustment. Other than that, he just tells you to do planks and ice your back. Not worth it for $60-something. Won't be going back. In response to Dr. Beecher's comment, here is some more information for him and others who might want to know: I had been to him years before and he had ordered an X-Ray. He told me that my X-Ray showed that my neck was out of alignment and the curve was too severe. I asked him for that X-Ray and took it to my primary care physician. She told me it was FINE. No problems at all. I didn't go back to him for several years and until a couple months ago when I had lower back pain. He cracked my back and a couple days later, it was fine again. Then this time, same thing. Except he kept telling me I needed to do ab workouts. I told him I do those all the time. He persisted. I said again I do them. (I mean, literally, I can do 10 pull-ups in one minute and I'm a female). He just didn't seem to believe me. I told him I was diagnosed with "Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease" by my Rheumatologist and I am testing significantly positive for Lupus. He said it could be a false positive. I told him I have tested positive multiple times and that every time the results go up. He said, "What goes up, must come down." That was such an uninformed, snarky comment, I couldn't even believe my ears. This is the third Chiropractor I've been to in the past 6 years and will be my last! Dr. Beecher is dedicated to both healing and informing his clients. I have never had a chiropractor who welcomes questions and looks forward to answering them. He is gentle, professional and personable. Where do I start? How about that I had seen two other chiropractors before Dr Beecher for my neck pain and frozen shoulder. The other doctors pretty much told me I just had to wait out the frozen shoulder, which was incredibly painful. Dr Beecher took the time to ask questions and LISTEN to me, as the frozen shoulder kept me from performing my physically demanding job. I have been seeing Dr Beecher for the last 22 years!! I started seeing him when I was 13. He has provided care for me through my pregnancy and now sees my son and I regularly. Dr. Beecher was my first experience with a chiropractor ever, and I'm so glad my personal trainer recommended him. He is very personable, knowledgeable and a total professional! All I can say is if you're in pain in your back or your hip or your shoulder blades, this is the place to go! Often, stress emits itself in my body in my hips or my shoulder blades, and I go see Dr. Beecher, and by the time I leave there, the pain/discomfort is gone. They start you out on a roller table to help you relax which is thoroughly enjoyable. They also put some pulsating pads on you which is also enjoyable. Then, the doctor does some adjustments, but they do not hurt! Sometimes my sacroiliac on the left side (i.e. SI Joint) is out of place, and it's very uncomfortable, and the Doctor will put it in place where it belongs. I'm telling you that you will not be disappointed. I've been going to Beecher Chiropractic Clinic since 2006. They want to see you get better, and believe me they can help! They are a great group of people from the Doctor to his staff in the front. They're all very friendly and very helpful! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars instead of just 5 stars!
