Appointment with Dr. Dorwart was changed to a NP which was OK but would have liked to have been notified of the change prior to walking into the office. Time spent with the NP was approximately less than 10 minutes for which I was charged the full doctor's fee. Tests that she ordered and the results have not been posted nor have Xray results been posted. And this is two months after being done at this appointment. Really disgusted with this organization. Dr. Dorwart was competent but the functionality of the organization is reflecting on him.

Nurse Erin was the one whom provided me with my hospital tour a few months back and still managed to call me a few times to keep in touch. After having my daughter I stayed with the Fransician family and my daughter see Dr. Savanna Bruski whom I met in the hospital and she is also amazing and welcoming. My ONLY complaint would be every time I received my food orders they were all cold and it takes about an hour after you order to get it to you. So order your food early. I did LOVE the smoothies, so good. There was also a nurse in the delivery room (Jenny I believe) whom asked me if I was married to my daughters father whom was there and if he is the father to my other kids. I don't understand why this question was even relevant while I'm in labor pains. This location is in a convenient shopping center in Broad Ripple with a big parking lot. MY SITUATION: I went to Team Rehab on a recommendation from my orthopedist, with a knee tracking problem stemming from a still-mysterious acute knee injury. I had very specific and ambitious fitness goals and the crew worked with me to help me recover, but also helped me get closer to those goals than I ever have before. PRIMARY GOOD THINGS: They were always very flexible and transparent with letting me control the pace and style of my therapy; at intake they asked me what my goals were (I told them specific things like "sharp turns" and they worked with me on these specific things). I wanted to come in early in the morning once a week and they rearranged things to help me do that. I wanted to do as much therapy at home as possible and they helped coach me on what to do at home, plus gave me some free equipment to use! REPUTATION: I think my experience is representative because the patients there all seem happy and the doctors I've talked to all hold Team Rehab in high regard. Stockton is the guy who worked with me the most and he's great. OTHER GOOD THINGS: They were also medically very knowledgeable and able to discuss things with me like the prognosis for my knee under various scenarios, desirability of different types of imaging, how to manage my medical expenses, etc. . Susan came out and was clearly available but said because you don't get fully checked in by desk girl until 4:01 she wouldn't see me. They are horrible to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if insurance will let you.

I arrived and was 3rd in line at the window. When I was being checked in they couldn't find my appointment at first. Then they stated I was marked as a no-show. I looked at my watch. It was 3:33. I was told that I had to reschedule; Dr Kim leaves at 3:30. My appointment was at 3:30. How does that work???? I've been a patient for 10 years and have waited plenty of times for over an hour. This was the most disrespectful treatment I've ever experienced from a doctor. Ever! In my life and 10 years coming here. I've had a lot of grievances with this practice. Oh, I had 2 voice mails asking me to come earlier. I'm way too busy at work right now. That tells me he was antsy to get out of there early. Hours advertised are until 4:30. I had to lose 2 more hours at work Monday to get my medication. During the busiest, most demanding, and MOST stressful time I experience every year. So, I'm working 10 hours a day this week even though my deadline has passed to catch up what I couldn't do Friday or Monday. If you are a new patient, go somewhere else! They really don't care about you. And NO ONE will return your call. One other person in line was there to complain about something but, I heard her say she left 6 voicemails and no one called her back. I left so, I don't know what happened but she mumbled that she's going elsewhere, especially after witnessing my treatment.
