I was here in January of this year.. this place is just…read morehorrible!! My experience here night time nurses were mean,rude and nasty towards me!! They didn't let me take a shower even though I had cast covers!! They also don't follow your food allergies!! The food might as well be straight up dog shit the food was inedible and just nasty!! They will let you have allergic reactions and not give you medicine for it!!! They also claim to be a no drug facility!! But people often smoked pot and were getting others pain meds... people got into fights (residents) and house keeping was often stealing from us too!! I had items stolen from me and they did nothing about it!! And if you got your laundry done the other residents would steal your clothes!! I made that mistake!! I begged my doctor to discharge me from this facility... I'd would have rather just done out patient surgery instead of going through hell!! Not to mention they started my PT 2 days after being released from the hospital!! And I was supposed to be resting... they didn't even care.. also house keeping refused to clean my room it went unclean until I said something after day 4... I told them if they didn't clean it than give me the supplies and I'll do it myself!! I also had to have my mom bring me disinfectant spray because my room smelled like cigarette water and rotten mashed potatoes.. Needless to say DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU DO NOT LOVE THEM!!! This place is a shithole They need to be shut down! The pictures are of my experience!! They do not follow any food allergies!! They give everyone the same tray!! We don't get the option to have a say in what we want... this place is depressing even though I only lasted 3 weeks and I was supposed to be there for 4 months...

This time I waited over two hours in the room I was in just to be given no answers. I haven't been able to eat in over a day because of my throat pain which I informed them of, and they told me nothing. They swabbed me twice and I got no answers or anything to help with the severe pain that I'm in. I told them that I couldn't eat and that swallowing is extremely difficult and I still received no answers or help. They sent me home empty handed and told me to self medicate until they get an answer which is in two or more days.
