I had two massages at another spa in Indianapolis and still was in constant pain. A friend recommended this location and I'm so glad she did! I live in broadripple but had never come across this spa. I was able to schedule a sports massage for the following afternoon. I let the masseuse know about the pain I was experiencing and she made sure I was open to cupping which allows the blood to flow more to the area. I was open to anything as long as it provided relief. During the massage she could tell how the muscles in the right side of my back were swollen and apparently I was a little tight on the left as well. I felt instant relief after the massage and finally had a full nights sleep since the pain began. She worked wonders and this will now be my spa of choice! Looking forward to booking my next massage! You could hear everything out in the hallway, which made for a really disruptive experience the entire massage The cherry on top was the masseuse taking a phone call to book someone's massage during our massage while we were in the room. Each time they stopped actually massaging. So not only was it disruptive, but one of us didn't receive our full one hour massage. When we left and it was time to pay, she tried to say that we still owed more after giving the gift certificate because they did a deep tissue massage which we did not book I gave her the gift certificate that was enough for two massages and gratuity and left I can confidently say I will never come back here
