We called on Tuesday prior to attempting a 20 mile drive just to go to their store. Glad we called. So we drove to another town where the owners DID answer their phones and we had an excellent shopping experience. The owner of this shop in Honey Grove needs to get up to speed on better marketing practices. And at a minimum the phone message should include days and hours of operation instead of only a very negative message of not answering the phone anymore. This kind of negative put off can NOT be good for business.

We didn't really see much on the employee side, I'm not sure how staffed they'd be prior to any big costume type event, but one person did manage to ask if I needed help.
