Spent additional time talking about a treatment plan and budget. Was offered a quote and plan if I waited another 10 minutes. I asked if they would e-mail it as my husband had been waiting in the car for almost 80 minutes. Never received a plan by email or by phone. Their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM regarding my time and the SUBSEQUENT LACK OF COMMUNICATION speaks volumes about their management and philosophy. BIG WASTE OF TIME!
