Later the man that runs it, came in and said I gave him a faulty filter. I told him I did not. He proceeded to say I did. I explained that I was already told that the old gasket had been left on. They installed the repaired tipm, and when that didn't fix the problem, they told me I need to pick up my car pay them $1000 for trying and they refused to do any more work. Based on their advice, I ordered a brand new tipm for several hundred dollars and had the dealership install it, which had no effect on the issue. That puts me at around $2000 that I spent by taking my vehicle to toy tech. Rude owner, and incompetent mechanics. I am currently looking into whether I can file a small claim against this company.

This past weekend my step-daughter and I faced an extremely difficult situation. We hydroplaned on…read moreI-35 southbound heading down to Texas to pick-up several horses (so we had an empty trailer and were driving a dually 3500). Our truck came out of things fine, but the trailer was banged up pretty badly and was not road worthy. I called my insurance agent who assigned me to Aggressive Towing and our driver Jimmy. While en route to pick us up, Highway Patrol came upon us and began yelling at my daughter and myself to remove our vehicle off the highway immediately. Keep in mind our trailer was not moveable and we were clearly not on the highway in any capacity. Highway patrol then ordered me to cancel my tow and told me I must use their company (who was not part of my insurance) to remove my trailer. They hung up on Jimmy who tried to explain he was almost to my location to come help me. Rather than abandon my daughter and myself, Jimmy kept coming and arrived on site at 12:19. Highway Patrol refused to let him assist me and ordered him to leave. Jimmy refused to abandon us, even when threatened with arrest for continuing to persist. He left, but called me right away and told me he would be waiting for me one exit up. He instructed me to have the wrecker that Highway Patrol forced upon me to drive my trailer to him and make an exchange there. Highway Patrol continued to harass my daughter and I and forced us to use their rig. They had sent out two rigs (one which was used for hauling off semi trucks) and shut down the entire highway to remove just my trailer (again, it was not blocking traffic and was not on the highway). The wrecker they forced upon us took me up to Jimmy one exit up and then charged me $243 for the 5 minute trip because two wrecking vehicles were involved. Jimmy staid with us the entire time and kindly kept his cool to make sure my daughter and I were safe. Jimmy deserves so much respect and I am so grateful for his presence in such a difficult time. I STRONGLY recommend using this company (And sincerely hope that Jimmy is recognized for his efforts to keep us safe despite Highway Patrol).

Called one company and they were honest and told me they couldn't do it. Called this company and they were like "sure, no problem ". Gave me a price and I told that is fine, let's get it done. They told me they were probably 30-45 minutes away from me. So I had somebody from home head that way to pick me up because I still had a little bit of work to do and I really didn't want to ride for 2-1/2 hrs in a tow truck. Long story shortened a little. After a little over 4 hours of being told there almost there, we're right around the corner, and so on, (my stupidity for letting it go on that long) I finally called another company and they were there in less than 15 minutes, nice, polite, and professional.
