Normally I used it only to tone after lightening, but she didn't think I needed to use any bleach, and that it would cover the grey. She also helped my friend pick out a fun vibrant pink for her natural blonde hair. She also gave us some tips about local beaches where we could swim. She was so friendly and helpful. We were extremely pleased with her customer service. Results -Yes ! She indeed was correct - the T-14 worked wonders on my grey - who knew ?! So thrilled with the results. My gf's hair turned more purple then pink. She didn't really like it as it looked so different on the box and the hair sample in store - but not too worry ! After we left I had wished we had gotten more so my son stopped by and got us the big 5 pound bag of nuts to bring home with us also. These are all organic and the nuts are dehydrated.
