This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.   The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier.  We are excited to have them back for future renovations

We had hardwood flooring installed and finished in two rooms and a hallway and ceramic tile installed in a large Great Room. I was never completely satisfied with the tile grout, but moving day was approaching and I let it be. The grout has since started to deteriorate and crumble away in a large area of the floor. The original contractor has left town and suggested that I contact Mike at Artisan Design Group, I was told that the two companies had a falling out, and that they were not willing to look at or assist me with. I am confidant that they were paid for the installation. I had no contract with Artisan Design Group, yet am disappointed that they will not stand behind their work. With that being said, I am writing this review because I feel that potential customers should be aware of a poor installation process involving the tile (I've been told that the tile is shifting from lack of being installed correctly).

Josh and his team have very high standards and aim for quality and perfection, nothing less. They walked me through every step of my bathroom renovation from start to finish. They also created the perfect balance of me feeling completely in control (the ultimate decision maker) and not needing to micro-manage their every move. Trust was established from the get-go. Along with Josh and his team's extreme professionalism, I truly appreciated their personability. I was obviously impressed with the constant communication & updates, strong network of contacts (designers, installers, etc.), and their investment in technological tools to create a sense of ease in doing business and savvy experience, but I also loved having these guys around! We really enjoyed having Eric and his team work on our house--they were responsive when other…read morecontractors ignored us and that started from our very first request to just look at our project and that went all the way through to the finish work. We tried for more than a year to get someone to just come to the house, but Eric came within a week of our inquiry. We were opening up our first floor by taking out a wall, putting in new flooring throughout the first and second floors, installing ceiling lights, and revamping our curved staircase, which we found out was a fairly involved project. The team did an incredible job! We got estimates and had a number of meetings with him and his team before anything began. We received digital drawings of what our home would look like and they worked with us until they got everything just the way we envisioned them. The best part was the final finished product was exactly as we saw it in the renderings. We had a strict budget and Eric worked with us to stay within it, the work was done well and to our satisfaction. Our home is now more enjoyable as well as functional. Our experience with Stone & Grain Design group was superb. It's a relief to find a team that is not just talented, but also very pleasant. We are likely to have them do more for us in the very near future!

And my husband and I did contact you, by phone and email about the problems and you refused to correct them. Do not say that we didn't. And do not say that everything was repaired, because it wasn't.
