I wanted something big for our new big master bedroom, but couldn't afford a big name like we'd gotten last time. I went to Mattress Outlet for the sole purpose of trying a few out just to see what we liked. So I could go home and order a cheap one online knowing the type we were then looking for. Once we walked in Chris greeted us immediately. He was super friendly and listened to my spiel about our situation. I really wanted something bigger and more supportive of my back. I never dreamed we'd be able to afford a mattress from a local store. He had us lie down on his current manufacturer's closeout deal. It just so happened to be exactly what I was looking for! The price was amazing. I went home and looked up the mattress as I knew the brand wasn't cheap (same brand as our beloved old one). I was amazed to find out we had received a 75% discount on an amazing orthopedic mattress! The (free) delivery came from Chris's daughter and her fiancé. They were just as kind as he was and very efficient. It was clear this wasn't their first rodeo. They got our brand new California King mattress setup on our second floor just minutes after arriving. I can't stress enough just how much I appreciate Chris and his family. It's been a few weeks now and my back has never felt better. I know this is a long review, but it's because I can't thank them enough. I'm not getting paid to write this and I'm not a family friend, just a local cheapskate that couldn't be happier! David began with a few basic questions and listened to our desire for our budget and needs.
