Neither Village Chiropractic or VRX Medical has contacted us about any balance owed. What a horrible way to do business and Village Chiropractic can be sure of one thing: we will never, ever use their services again! Turns out we owed them a co-pay that they failed to collect at the last visit. They had the wrong address recorded for her account--even though they had to make a copy of her drivers license and insurance card. They never called, they claim to have sent 2 invoices to the wrong address, and turned us into collections over $50 because of their failure to properly communicate. What a joke this place is! An amazing example is that my sister in law was having serve pains down her arm with numbness. She went to a doctor who recommended surgery on her neck with only a 50% chance of it correcting the issue. I recommended she try Dr Art before deciding on surgery. I found a text containing grammatical errors, and threats of cancellation over paperwork (that I did fill out prior to the appointment time) of an appointment from a doctor's office to be concerning. I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: "Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. I was told my pain could be from having a straight "military" neck. I read on a pain forum that this Doctor helps restore curvatures. He said it would be easy to get the curve back in my neck. He gave me easy exercises to do and I see him twice a week (I bought an eight visit package). He does Applied Kinesiology during our treatments and he is so good at it, that he says out loud what he is doing. It sounds like a complex equation and it is working! He finds issues with muscle testing (kinesiology) that no other doctor has ever been able to diagnose as well. It's not "hokey". I truly believe in his diagnoses, as they are HELPING us! Finally, some relief and answers. He isn't your tradional 'chiropractor" who pops bones and has you in and out of his office in 3-5 minutes (like one I went to in Flower Mound, near Cici's Pizza if you're interested, who seems to just run an assembly line and do the one-size-fits-all back popping, with NO relief and not much verbal instruction on things to do to get better, but that's another review for later on him). Dr. Justin takes his time, and he also doesn't try to sell you tons of supplements. He only has me on 2 supplements, and a new exercise plan. He truly cares, and he is funny as well, with a great bedside manner. He has also helped at least 8-10 other people we know personally (teens and other moms and dads my age). He came HIGHLY recommended to us, and we are SO glad we went to see him. His office staff is great and friendly too. Fairly easy to book appointments without much delay. His goal is to see you not more than 3-4 times, and then just periodically for checkups... (again, not like my other chiro, who wanted about 3 times a week at my $60 per pop co-pay, for his 2 min of time!)... Highly recommend him if you want to get HEALTHY AND WELL! 5 stars!
