Highly recommend booking with Julie if you're dealing with tightness or just need a really quality massage.

We were able to be in the same treatment room together, where we were led to comfortable massage tables, so we could stretch out and relax. The atmosphere was so soothing, and my facial truly was relaxing, I didn't realize how much tension I had in my face. All of the products used were nourishing and also lightly scented, something I truly appreciated, I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a neck massage, some shoulder compression-stretched, and some leg and foot massage techniques. It was something I will be treating myself to more frequently going forward. The staff was something professional and the experience was so calming and relaxing, a very nice experience for sure!

When we arrived, the ladies…read morewere very nice and welcoming, and my husband really enjoyed his massage and had a great experience with his therapist. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I was not asked what type of massage I wanted or what pressure I was comfortable with. For the entire hour, the therapist continuously used her elbows with extremely deep pressure. I told her more than three times that she was hurting me and that the pressure was too hard, but unfortunately, it continued. I even ended up with a bruise on my back afterward. This was three weeks ago, and I am still experiencing a lot of neck and back pain from the experience. I have had deep-tissue massages at other places before, so I understand what a deep-tissue massage can feel like, but this was far beyond anything I have experienced before. I honestly wasn't going to leave a review because the staff was very nice and I don't believe anyone intended to cause harm. However, I do feel this is important feedback. I strongly recommend having clients complete a form or being asked beforehand what type of massage they are looking for, what areas they want worked on, and what level of pressure they are comfortable with. Most importantly, when a client says multiple times that the pressure is too painful, it should be taken seriously and adjusted immediately. I hope this feedback is helpful because I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience.
