I'm not sure what has happened to this establishment in the last few years, but I felt so uncomfortable. The website is not up to date on pricing and very little is in English which made it especially hard to navigate. I booked what I thought was a foot and back massage. When I walked in, the woman who greeted me looked to be in a Halloween costume with a short skirt and top which were both very... revealing. Without asking me what my name was or what I was there for, she took me straight back to a private room and then asked me "What do you want?" I was so confused and trying to explain what I was there for but she didn't speak English well, and ended up calling her manager who acted like she had no idea what kind of services they even offered. This is my 2nd foot spa visit in about 6 weeks. Not quite as good as the last place I tried. Needed more pressure. The older gentleman seemed like it was a bit much for him. The foot massage part was decent, need more pressure, didn't seem very focused on what he was doing. Seemed more like a foot rub and not a foot massage. They were sweet people and gave us coupons for and a green tea bag which was unusual. They will also honor the groupon price for combo foot/back massage of $35. For $35 for an hour, it is an awesome deal! So maybe 3.50 stars! read more

I have been going there for years. This last time my massage was awful. I think the massage therapist actually did more harm than good. I had also asked for my feet to be massaged and he didn't even touch them. He basically rubbed oil on my back for an hour. Won't ever go back! read more

Made an appointment for a body massage and reflexology foot rub. I was greeted by a friendly lady and promptly taken to my massage room. My foot rub was good. My feet felt refreshed after some good rubbing and soaking. The massage was ok. Her hands were a bit strong for my liking. The music was relaxing. The room was clean. I would have given four stars, but I heard the toilet flush several times. This was annoying and disturbed me zen like state and peaceful mind. Overall it was a pretty good experience. read more

I bought a package on groupon for us to go here when I first got there there was 2 roaches crawling on the front desk where you sign in but i let that go we got our foot massage and body massage but this what took the cake we finish get dressed and go back to the front were we handed a cup of water i start drinking mines my daughter does the same then she stops so i just was like im just going to throw the rest of my water away so then the man basically demands i give them a tip instead of letting me offer so my daughter is outside waiting on me to come out soon as i do she say look in my cup and there is a roach floating in her water gross and I tipped them never will i go back and called groupon and told them of my experience and they give me a refund. read more

It also did not start on time, I heard my friend schedule a specific time and when we got there they said that we scheduled 30 minutes later even though we reminded them of the time. So we waited. Not to mention I was forced to tip after I decided not to simply because it was unrelaxing and I'm already paying what the initial massage cost.
