Bed Bath & Beyond is located in the Fowler's Grove Shopping Mall. They stay competitive by offering registries for every occasion, price matching, offer free in store pick up and have a membership incentive program. My favorite part of shopping in this store is finding all of the fun baking dishes and cooking tools. I have everything sold imaginable for baking and cooking. Their prices are fair and they always send out twenty percent off coupons to entice a sale. On my visit this week I stopped in to purchase two bean bag chairs for my grandson. Unfortunately all bean bag chairs that I liked have to be purchased online and mailed to your home. You can not do store pick up. read more

Went in to create a registry for our wedding. We had no clue what to really expect, so when we arrived we were introduced to the registry by the manager, who then brought in their registry specialist, Robert. After inputting information into the computer and creating our registry, we began roaming. Now in other stores, they just give you a scanner and off you go. But here, they actually walk you around. Initially I didn't like that and wanted to be left alone so we could discuss things alone, but very quickly our minds were changed. It was guided, but not to a tee, and it wasn't under pressure. It was basically like having our private store associate. He remained with us and was able to describe a lot of products in depth and answer questions. Then as you decide on products, he scans away. We went on a Sunday evening, and as it was getting close to closing time, we didn't want to keep him late (even though he was willing). We got through about half of the store and called it quits so that we could schedule another visit on another day. As we were leaving, he printed out a whole bunch of registry notes to go along with our 'save the dates'. This was a HUGE help. It has the website and then our registry code printed on. Then they even gave us a couple of mugs for free (see picture). Overall this was a great experience and we left very satisfied. I certainly recommend others to create a registry. read more

Great store to wander around. As the name suggests, Bed Bath & Beyond focuses on home goods, from random kitchen appliances, to bed and bath linens, to random little gadgets you never knew existed! This location is closest to wear I live, but Bed Bath & Beyond is nothing if not consistent. Every store feels exactly the same, so you definitely know what you are getting out of the experience. They mail out a lot of coupons which is nice as well. read more

Ordered online for in store pickup. My order was supposed to be ready to pick up in the store in 2 hours. 4 hours later the one item I ordered online was still not ready. The customer service was deplorable. They were not empowered to take action and grab a coffee maker outside of their process - understanding they had not met expectations. All they could offer was they were understaffed on BLACK FRIDAY. Why encourage online ordering with in store pick up if you can't staff to support it? The email they sent me had a link for customer service. I used it and got a return message saying that mailbox was unmanned! Idiotic. My experience was an epic failure from start to finish! Whoever is accountable for this store should receive feedback! read more

You can count on BB&B. Love the acceptance of their coupons regardless of expiration dates. Great selections of what they carry (do you really need me to expand on this?) and rarely "don't have'! Good for swapping your Soda King CO2 tanks but sorta pricey for the biggie size. Well I'm weary of retail that loads up the isles so there's no room for a cart and two way traffic, but review my second line-! I really hate writing poor reviews for certain places like this because they do so many things well. However, ultimately, as a customer I left disappointed. A terrific selection of home good supplies that run the gauntlet of things you need for the home. I was enticed to come here because I had received a 20% off coupon in the mail and had just moved into a new home. When you walk in, everything is a bit overwhelming but definitely organized somewhat correctly. Since there is so much there though, it can be tough to sort through everything. This is where the experience gets some what annoying. Good luck finding an associate on the floor. They are rare to find and it took me a little to find someone. Once I did find someone, I do admit they were very helpful and kind. Good customer service. I found my items I wanted and man, every single one of them were incredibly overpriced. I'm not going to get into full detail here but I checked online and each item was significantly cheaper. Thank goodness I had that 20% coupon! I'm not sure I would go back to Bed Bath and Beyond again to be honest. It is sad but brick and mortar stores like this simply cannot compete with online pricing. Talk about over stimulation! Too much to look at all at once, so I usually just ask for what I'm looking for so I can get out ASAP! Love the great deals (I purchased incredible bedspread priced at $80 for $18), and I received a lot of help from different staff members. I have been in this store several times and each times, the employees have always been so helpful. If you've been in a Bed Bath and Beyond before, you know that there are so many products in the store and it's sometimes hard to find things. The young man working in the section of the store where I was looking for something was really nice. He was helping another customer but told me he would help me as soon as he was done. While I was waiting, I walked around and didn't find the kitchen appliance that I was looking for, so went to customer service to see if they could check the inventory of other locations. Within a few seconds, I knew which stores had what I wanted and how many were in stock. The young man from earlier stuck to his word of helping me and found me at customer service and made sure I had received the help I needed. That was really nice of him to follow-up like that. I really wish I knew his name. Although I didn't find what I was looking for, it was still a great experience. read more

This is another one of those places that has everything you need and everything you didn't know you needed. We have a Keurig at home and I'm on the BB&B mailing list, so I'll get coupons from them and we'll use those solely on buying more K-Cups. Smart cookies! I also love their candle section, it reminds me of the Yankee Candle Factory back home. If I close my eyes, of course, because there are things there that BB&B doesn't have! I tell ya, I can't go in here without coming out with something other than what I went there for in the first place. I picked up a set of baking pans that are the cat's bananas and put them to good use last night. Ah yes, this Mexican is a grilling, cooking, and baker extraordinaire. Just ask me or any of the folks I lay out a mean spread for. Last night I put together a rigatoni pie that would make Emeril bow at my feet. I thing I have something in every room of my house from this gold mine. The employees are awesome and the coupons can save you big $$$$! I won't demand you visit here. The moment we walked in the store it made us uncomfortable the way the young lady at the front "greeted" us. She seemed miserable to be there, we never had a problem with other store associates they're always pleasant, but she was extremely standoffish, rude, and annoyed to be working the register. read more

About an hour to close I came in to get a gift for a friend's wedding. This is a great place to have a registry because it has anything and everything! I had my friend's registry up on my phone and just as I walked in there was the gift I was thinking of getting! It was a perfect in and out mission! The woman at the register was very friendly and when I told her it was a registry item she was able to scan it so it would appear as "sold" on the registry. She then directed me to their gift wrapping station. This area could use a lot of love! It was dirty, disorganized and lacking in options. I ended up choosing a simple purple ribbon to wrap it in since there wasn't any wrapping paper or boxes big enough. But despite this section of the store I would still come back here for household goods. read more

This place has a lot of cool stuff. Before you go, make sure to get a few of their coupons they regularly put out. Most are from $5 to 20% off. You can find them in their ads. They usually accept them even if they're expired. Sometimes employees will give you one if you don't have any. The parking lot at this location is busy, so drive defensively. read more

Best store ever!!!! I spend hours there usually making two or three laps around the store to look at everything and talk to the staff. I love that they are so helpful and friendly! I feel like I am with family. Rarely do I walk out without buying something. Also like that if I buy something and I find out it just doesn't work like I though it would, so easy to return the item without a hassle! I also love the fact that if I can't find an item in the store that one of the staff will gladly look it up on line and if in stock, get it shipped directly to your house, no shipping charge and you can use coupons also! read more

I'm a sucker for a deal, and since their coupons never expire, I like to head in to Bed Bath & Beyond looking for a deal. While many things in here tend to be priced a bit higher than other online retailers, you can easily find deals when you take the time to look. We use trash bags they sell here for the trash can we bought here, and the 20% coupon always helps in that area. The employees here are helpful if you need them, and I've never had to wait in any long line either. You also can't buy a cheaper Tervis tumbler with the coupon than here, and I love those cups. This is just another great reason to come out to the Winter Garden Village, as they have just about every store you might need all in one great place. read more

Shopping in Bed Bath is frustrating because everyone knows they always have a 20% off coupon all the time and sometimes when you are shopping, you forget to bring that coupon or it doesn't pull up on your phone correctly. I have to go outside the store so my emails will load on my phone because there is barely any network service in this Winter Garden store. They constantly email you a 20% off coupon all year round. I wish they would just quit emailing and sending coupons and mark everything in the store 20% off. That should make everybody happy! Overall customer service is great. Cashiers also needs to be more lenient with giving the 20% off. That coupon is no secret nor scarce. read more
