That means that it is too big for its own good. Walking in you can visibly see that there is not enough stock to fill the shelves. I don't know if they are setting this store up for closure or they just decided that less stock was better. However, I did end up purchasing a pair of shoes from here nonetheless. After finding them I browsed a bit more, but that didn't take long since, like I just stated, there wasn't much stock to look over. Customer service was kind of amazing when I interacted with the staff. They were helpful and courteous. And if the store is about to close, they did not let on that this was the case.

The problems I had were management and checkout. 2 cashiers, 2 parties in front of me. Each party must have had 40-50 items! I had one shirt to buy. Cashiers were VERY slow. Scanned about 3 items a minute. I waited like 20 minutes for my turn, 7 people backed up behind me. The customers in front of me, well, 3 calls to the manager to try to peel 20 cents off items, and to ask long questions about receipts and returns. But after helping, the manager looked at the line of waiting customers, turned on his heel, and ran to the back! My cashier took a break to sip her drink for a minute or two before helping me. It must be boring to work in a store like this with no windows; Probably low pay, so motivation might not be there, and the low prices keep people coming back, but seriously!
