This was frustrating, but we talked to Brandon (who had put the order through correctly) and we agreed that we would put up the cabinets and wait the 3-4 weeks for the correct doors. This was done, but when we went to put up the new doors the hinges were not in a uniform placement meaning several new screw holes needed to be drilled. Also, now that the summer is here and the wood has swelled slightly not all of the doors close flush (even after adjustments). Overall I'd still recommend Mozzone, but definitely thoroughly check the shipment before you accept it.

Time has passed and I realized it was hard water stains. But I was offered no explanation and when I called Danny, he never returned my call. I would never do business with this company ever again. I never received a call stating she was ready at 2:30 so I just went there to pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked and appalled at the shoddy haircut they gave her. She was shaved! People I have spoken to have said they were shocked at what a bad haircut it was. I paid 84.00 for a haircut that will take at least a year to grow back. Don't ever go to PetSmart in Raynham. I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! They replaced that one with a fabulous granite counter and just recently replaced another old laminate counter with a beautiful white stone counter.
