Sold us a mattress that has been off-gassing for over 6 months. The amount of VOCs released was so high my daughter's health was impacted and she couldn't breathe. We hired a mold expert (who confirmed it wasn't mold and suspected off-gassing) for $150 then paid $50 for an air quality monitor that could confirm this suspicion. Sherman's has refused to get back to us, has given us the run around for months and finally told us there is nothing they will do.
