I actually meant to leave 0 stars but a star is required. :( On January 1st I ordered this bed from the website. It arrived about after a week and on the 15th I took it out of the box. The headboard was cracked. I called on the 16th for a replacement and they told me that they'd call me back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. When I called back they said the item was not in stock so I asked for a return and again they said that they'd call me back. AGAIN THEY NEVER DID. Since then I've been calling them over and over again, my mother and my father have as well, to get this item picked up and my money back and they've been giving me the run around for a WHOLE MONTH. Last week my mother called and they told her that a pick up would be scheduled for TODAY and we called again today and they told us that a pickup was not scheduled! We're STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THEM RIGHT NOW. It's been a month, we're exhausted and so regretful that we ordered from these people! BBB is my go to place, today I went there because I needed slippers. I had purchased a few pairs of wonderful slippers in the past from BBB and I wore them out. They were house slippers in white & they were washable. For some reason that particular style of a slip-in washable slipper is very difficult to find. They had a similar slipper, but, not exactly what I was looking for but good enough for the interim I purchased two pairs. This shop has wonderful quality items for any home and their prices are fair. Everything is very beautifully displayed and you have access to the items. BBB has all the necessary items that will round out a kitchen, bedroom or bath. They also have furniture for patio's and if your a beach person they have selection of beach chairs & beach towels. I can tell you when you shop there you will not leave empty handed. I also have to commend BBB for their very helpful staff of workers who go above and beyond to help customers. I've read that a number of Bed Bath and Beyond have closed a number of stores. I hope they don't close this one it would be a tremendous loss to Oceanside, Long Beach and surrounding area. read more

Gotta love Bed Bath & Beyond! They have literally everything for your house hold needs, from glassware, bedding, wedding gifts and more. Another amazing things is they send you many 20% off coupons for an item. This location is located right in a shopping mall so they have plenty of parking as well others stores to choose from. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you look for what you want. Only issue is they usually have a long line but it goes fairly quick with their dual cash registers. I will never shop here again. The girl who was working the return/ exchange line was incredibly rude and nasty. She acted as if doing her job was the biggest burden in the world. Like many people I know, I could wallpaper my studio apartment in Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons. Not that I am complaining...Gotta love that they accept expired coupons! I do like this location, it has a ton of parking even though it is in a rather large shopping center. I do find it a little crammed as Ashley B wrote in her review. The last time I was my mom was looking for a cheap, round, wooden, table with optional glass top. Throw a table cloth over that puppy and it looks awesome and you have a place to put your stuff! We searched all the departments and couldn't find them. I scoured the store for an employee (on the floor) to ask, but they are pretty scarce. The employee told us to go to a particular section and still couldn't find any. Low and behold, in a dusty old box on the bottom of a display, we spotted the table. It was like a treasure hunt! Anyway, they a lot of cool stuff like K Cups,Yankee Candles, most of the "As Seen On TV" must haves, and a really nice china section. I see why many people have BBB on their wedding registries. This location has vibrating chairs which are always occupied buy guys. I guess they sit down and get a quick, free massage while the ladies shop. Single ladies need a massage as much as you do fellas! Let a girl sit down! I do like having a store like this so close to home, but it isn't a store I shop at (for myself) often. I usually give my coupons to friends and family. I would not mind having a three minute shopping spree at this place at all. This store is a solid BBB. It is not the most amazing one - but it is not cruddy either. It is A-OK. Staff are friendly and they usually have what I want. I never had a problem there. It can feel slightly cramped - but I think that is the chain's business model... Plus they let me use all of the coupons - one for each item - and the coupons do not expire. read more

I hate to give them two stars however they have without question earned it!! I was never a huge fan of BBB however I do understand the need they fulfill - to supply overpriced home goods they purchase from Asia and grossly mark up for the public! Well the time had come where I needed to make a trip to BBB for a kitchen tool I needed in a hurry! That is where the nightMare began... didn't have what I was looking for so they recommended that I order online - no problem - selected next day delivery - and a week later the item shows up, but it's broken, they send a replacement and it's the wrong item, call to make them aware and they send another incorrect item - SO many mistakes and SO much work on my end to correct their issues that I finally just gave up! Took a loss on the money and learned my lesson! I will not shop with this company - this is NOT a review for this particular store location or it's employees - just the corporation as a whole! read more

I find it so useful to be able to stay in my neighborhood for most of my needs. BBB has a huge assortment of about anything you can need to keep your home fresh looking. The quality is average for certain items but that's what I expect to find there. For example I was disappointed to find out that all the tablecloths were made of some sort of man-made material. I really wanted to find a nice thick cotton cloth to use on my table for thanksgiving so I did not purchase one there. However there is a huge assortment of just about everything you can need for your home from coffee pods to small appliances, kitchenware, dishware...everything you could want. Today July 2, I had the unfortunate experience to visit Bed Bath And Beyond. The person that was at customer service who took my return was quite nice. Not overly friendly but took my package from me. She then had to have a conversation with a young fellow who acts like he is the CEO of BBB. His name is Alex. After five minutes of looking at my item , He stated he could not except a defective product back. I asked for the store manager who also had an attitude of I can care less, if you know what I mean. She offered me 12.99 -20% when I had paid $20 for the item! With all the shopping that we do in that store and the amount of money we spend they should be more than happy to make the customer happy. Is it a wonder why in this year of 2018 their stock is almost half of what it was. My personal believe is it all starts with the customer and if you keep them happy and coming back your stock will not be worth less than half in less than a year. Me being a major stockholder sold the BBB stock at the highest point ever because I saw the writing on the wall. This is store is great . This has excellent selection of kitchen , bedroom, living room and all of the rooms in your house. They have a huge selection for kids bedroom, bath and toys. They even have toys and beds for your dog. They have amazing selection for holiday items for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and other holidays. They are nice about taking coupons past the date they expired. The have a huge parking lot. They people who work here are nice and friendly. read more
