I was also informed my 7 minute conversation didn't take place, and I'm not intelligent enough to pick the proper location. I accepted all of that and decided to make the purchase again after receiving such wise counsel from "the highest paid salary management on staff". After making the purchase again, I was told it didn't come through. Capitol one shows the purchase immediately using Apple Pay, but their store doesn't recognize the purchase. So I asked a simple request. I have a 4 hour round trip to pick up this tree. "Can you set it aside to ensure it will be there when I arrive? " managements reply: " no, but if you want to take the chance and make the drive, we can sell it to you in store, if it's still here when you get here." Stores like this don't deserve our business.
