My 1025 has been in the shop for 6 weeks and I haven't received one phone call. Today I went in to get a status and the doors were closed and locked 5 minutes before closing time. I was able to speak to the manager and all he did was make excuses for his team that didn't even pass the common sense test. I look forward to engagement from the store manager or someone higher up on the food chain so we can do a deep dive on this experience before I write the next review. It's my hope that these processes can be improved for other customers and for the professional development of the staff. I'm tired of paying others to mow my lawn and not being able to work my property.

The selection is pretty massive. From $3-$7 succulents to $30-$50 large plants and a wide variety of pottery and accessories. The price was reasonable. We grabbed a $35 planter with 3 $7 succulents and made a personalized terrarium for $35 total (Mother's Day special). The store is always busy but the flow of traffic always moves smoothly and fairly quickly. The staff here, for the most part, are knowledgeable and helpful with any assistance you may require. The store seems to always keep their shelves full and are quick to restock on items if they do happen to get sold out. They also give a Veterans Discount for all the men and women who happen to shop there that served for the country. I'm not a vet myself but I find the fact that they do that very admirable. I recommend shopping here and if you are trying to decide on which one is better in Johnson City you definitely will want this store.

But when the guy arrived, it was the wrong product. He waved the receipt at me and I showed him the order on my Lowe's app and they were not the same. He took them back to the store. Refund pending but not for the $39. I text their Indian/AI(?) "customer service" back and forth. Get a case #. Days pass. Still nothing. I'm not the one who handed that driver--who doesn't work for Lowe's of course--the WRONG bags. Lowe's employees did that. Between this experience and the windows that lacked weatherstripping or were the wrong size, etc etc for the past five years I've lived here.... over and over again. I am just done. I hate Lowe's. I will drive twenty miles to go to ANY competitor. Because no matter what they claim, they find a way to screw over the customer.

Called and they immediately looked up the cameras to find where my items went. It seemed that I did indeed leave with all my items, but I was surprised because I did not see them in the bag with the receipt. The manager Anika looked at all their cameras to help find my items. She even went to look at the outside cameras and lobby to see if I dropped them. I started wondering maybe I should look one more time in the car ...and surprise they were in the car door! I feel bad for making them search so much during a hectic time of year. I'm so thankful for Anika and the employees at Gabe's for insuring that I got my products.
