    40 min wait when the check in says 14.. slow slow customer service, unorganized. If you have time to waste then becu is your spot.

I had tried several times to make a appointment online. The website had errors. Tried to contact the ranch via telephone but no answer and no ability to leave message requesting a return all. Finally decided to hop into the car and drive to the branch. Big mistake! There was one teller, and one staff person seated at a 'business' window. I inquired about notary services and was told that the notary was busy. I inquired as to how long the wait might be and was told they had no idea. It was suggested to make an appointment online. I informed them that I had already attempted to do that both both onine and by phone. I decided to wait this out and see where it went. As I waited I placed a call to BECU to inquire about their services. After about 10 minutes, a staff person approached me and said two bankers were notaries and both were unavailable. This was a different message than what the lobby lizard had stated. Whe I stated the matter of my document, it was determined that they couldn't sign a real estate document. Very disappointing and time to move my accounts. By the way,the licensing agency around the corner was amazing!

    I have been a customer since 1992 (32 years). I consistently have problems with this branch and…read moretheir lack of customer service, but my local branch closed and this is the closest available location. I initially noticed an elderly gentleman in front of me who withdrew $4,000 in cash from the teller window and the teller didn't bother to count it back to him. He stood, embarrassed for holding up the line to count it back to himself. Her response was that he didn't ask for it to be counted back. After being told to go wait in the lobby someone would be with me, I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time (plus I was 25 minutes early). After nearly an hour sitting in the middle of the branch, not one person acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help, or even why I was sitting there. I had my 13-year old son, who was also tired of waiting. I could watch 3 employees sitting in their glass offices, where I was clearly visible and waiting. At 2:30, I asked an employee who referenced back to me why I was there, and remembered from looking at appointments earlier in the day. When she was unable to help me, she called out the manager who had such a lack of empathy her tone of what she couldn't do for me, was astonishing. The branch manager told me I needed my grown children and husband present to change my name on my standalone account, because other accounts were tied to mine. She said everyone had to "agree" to my name change. Which is ridiculous. She is not GRANTING me a name change, it is merely UPDATING the name in their account to my new legal name. She gave vague excuses on IRS rules, which was interesting as I updated my information at the credit union next door without an issue. She seemed to not care that I was frustrated over taking a day off of work and waited unacknowledged in her lobby. She did offer to close all of my accounts for me, even the accounts I am not primary on... yet would not, update my legal name (with all my documents in hand). Clearly she sets the tone for the staff, and I will not be returning to that branch. I don't care how convenient BOA is, your lack of customer service has finally lost this long-time customer. As a note: you can update your account information through calling customer service and mailing in paperwork. I didn't have to take a day off work, or waiting in their lobby. BOA website makes it seem as if "making an appointment with your personal banker" is a good option. My recommendation that you only make an appointment at Bonney Lake BOA if it is your ONLY OPTION. good grief.

    So this review is two part. Most importantly though the Community relations person Richard is an…read moreabsolute rock star! First part is about the business itself. Pretty straight forward. I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with. Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. On top of this Richard and some of the branch employees like the branch Manager came out and cleaned cars with us! Truly this credit union has earned not just a customer but a big fan of Richard and Tapco as a whole for life! If I could this would be the one 6 star review I would give!

    I will be removing my funds from savings intended for our mortgage payment and cancelling my…read moreaccount today. They screwed up my auto loan payment and charged me $200 more than my monthly payment first of all...and now I have to wait on them to process that refund amount when I already spoke to them about the issue LAST WEEK. Today when I called there was a payment that was incorrect again that auto drafted out of the account cleaning out our checking account on payday...I requested a stop payment and they said it would cost $32 to request a stop payment...WELLS FARGO does that for free and you can do it on their website. When they mess with your finances, and put you in a position where you get paid and are immediately short funds and are already dealing with financial hardship and filing for bankruptcy so things are already tight, then they refuse to help prevent a creditor from withdrawing funds, when that creditor knows you're filing for bankruptcy and shouldn't even be charging your autopay anymore, then sound won't help unless you pay a fee, that's a massive problem...you can dispute a transaction for free but you can't stop a payment that shouldn't be going through. I am absolutely fed up. I do not feel protected by this bank. I do not feel as though they have been helpful in any way. We are struggling and there only option is for you to pay them to prevent further issues it's just ridiculous and feels predatory when you're someone going through major hardship.

    Since Patti the former manager left, this branch has no customer service. Unwilling to match CD…read morerates and are rather rude about it. This to a 50 year customer who does significant business with them. Also they have a new online bill pay and transfer app which totally sucks. Horrible. We will be closing our accounts and moving all assets.
