We treat our customers like people. You, your life, your money management style--all things that are more important to us than the size of your balance. We pair financial expertise with a passion for getting to know you as an individual--and it's not just because we're looking for new gym buddies. We're on a mission to help you manage your money in a way that matches how you live your life. To do that, we're committed to learning more about you than your account number. That's why we take the time to understand how banking fits into your bigger picture, and give you the easy access and mobile tools you need to manage your money on your own terms. It's why our branches feel more like a living room than a bank branch. And why our associates will always remember your name. We've grown beyond our roots as a small community bank, but the spirit of community will always be at the center of everything we do.

Wanted to update our accounts and only heard the banker or whomever was sitting back there with someone, talking about plane tickets, Netflix, Paramount+, and TV shows instead of dealing with 4 other customers who were waiting to update their information, too! Overheard the guy with glasses speaking to a lady at 2:50 PM on Tuesday, 8/13/24, and we left at 3:10 PM since we were tired of hearing about nonsense!!! I thought you were supposed to help customers and provide a good service to the customers who go to the banks?!? Instead we witnessed a lazy bum who was sitting and talking about gibberish and not wanting to help people out. What kind of business is run by this bank anyway?!? Either hire competent people who actually want to do their job or close the bank down since it can't be run by incompetent and lazy blokes! They ain't interested in doing their job at all. Not only that, once we drove off, a whole bunch of Cop cars pulled in after we had left the bank. Guess it was Karma since someone tried to steal money or try to rob the place, or maybe something else happened inside right after we walked out. No wonder I have heard many complaints about this branch location from other people that we know!

My guess is the chex system report showed my previous attempt but I still blame the bank. They don't offer you a way to save your application and come back to it. Yesterday [9/10], I was told the fee was $10, adding it has NEVER been free! !?!? Trouble is I was $4 short and I DESPERATELY needed that Check. Already frustrated with my account, I started to bawl. The Agent, ice cold and indifferent, didn't offer me any tissues and I didn't dare ask for any. Next, I explained a FEW of the issues I was having with my account, mentioning an Agent on the phone had said she found a "glitch"---her word---although she didn't offer to have IT fix it. THIS Agent said there was NO glitch. !?!? Getting up to leave I calmly mentioned I was going to switch to Key Bank. "That's fine!" she said chirpily, making ZERO effort to change my mind. Instead, figuratively speaking, she handed me my hat and told me not to let the door hit me on my way out. I was surprised it didn't...
