I had tried several times to make a appointment online. The website had errors. Tried to contact the ranch via telephone but no answer and no ability to leave message requesting a return all. Finally decided to hop into the car and drive to the branch. Big mistake! There was one teller, and one staff person seated at a 'business' window. I inquired about notary services and was told that the notary was busy. I inquired as to how long the wait might be and was told they had no idea. It was suggested to make an appointment online. I informed them that I had already attempted to do that both both onine and by phone. I decided to wait this out and see where it went. As I waited I placed a call to BECU to inquire about their services. After about 10 minutes, a staff person approached me and said two bankers were notaries and both were unavailable. This was a different message than what the lobby lizard had stated. Whe I stated the matter of my document, it was determined that they couldn't sign a real estate document. Very disappointing and time to move my accounts. By the way,the licensing agency around the corner was amazing!

She called me three times today, first asking for my information over the phone, which was already a red flag. After checking online, she said everything was fine. She then called a second time to confirm I had all necessary documents, which I confirmed. Not even ten minutes later, she called a third time to cancel the appointment altogether. This is extremely rude, especially to a loyal customer--I've been with Chase for over 10 years. She doesn't respect people's time and seems to assume everyone is just sitting around doing nothing. Her customer service skills are terrible. If you see she is assigned to assist you, I recommend canceling or requesting someone else. My experience was very disappointing. She either needs to improve or find another job.

I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with. Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. On top of this Richard and some of the branch employees like the branch Manager came out and cleaned cars with us! it used to be the best... then they 'offshored' telephone support and it has become beyond…read morehorrible. the "agents", from third world countries, speak horrible english and are difficult to understand. they are also highly uncooperative! i've noticed in recent yours, their fraud protection has become very troublesome... while i do appreciate fraud protection, it too is beyond absurd. they will cancel your card if a 'fraudulent' charge is detected, sometimes leaving you stranded!! if you're lucky, you'll get a phone call, otherwise, you won't find out until you try to use the card and it's declined! whether you call them, or they call you, the agent starts blabbering off charges from your statement. if you don't recognize the charge, instead of blocking that vendor, they immediately cancel your card. as a result, i've been through five credit card numbers in the past two years, which makes it a big pain if you are using it to pay for subscriptions! to add insult to injury, they will not rush ship a replacement card, so you are away from home, you are screwed for several weeks until your card shows up they did this to me while i was on vacation, i told them: "i am on vacation and have no way to verify this until i get home... i still need to use this card to pay for vacation expenses. please block that suspicious charge without canceling my card, and i will confirm the charge when i get home." the automaton on the other end told me: "we can't do that, your account will be blocked until you confirm this charge", so either way, you won't have access to your account! when i asked if they could do an emergency card issue (as many good card companies do). they will say that "we can not do that. you will receive your new card in 2 weeks." they don't give a damn that they've left you stranded in the middle of nowhere! i have several other credit cards, and none of them have pulled this crap. i think that i've had two that actually canceled a card due to a fraudulent charge. one other problem: there is no way to make a payment to a becu credit card from any other financial institution, so if have other accounts, you have to deposit the money into your becu checking account before you can pay your credit card bill! it has gotten to the point where i can not trust becu when i am traveling because i don't want to be stranded!! i am in the process of starting my own business and would have gone right to becu, but due to recent experiences, i'm going to look elsewhere! i can't afford to be left stranded!

THey have a copy of our trust on file. My wife passed and I attempted to deposit a modest refund of a medicare supplement policy, made out to: " Est. of first Last Name". If you have a Trust, Mr & Mrs. in the event of ones death, then becomes the Trustee for the other. Legally, I could sign "my First Last Name, Trustee for the Estate of Mrs. "First Last Name." If you are operating a bank or a CU, someone with expert legal knowledge should be available during normal hours. Even the person they called did not understand this BASIC legal fact.

I will be removing my funds from savings intended for our mortgage payment and cancelling my…read moreaccount today. They screwed up my auto loan payment and charged me $200 more than my monthly payment first of all...and now I have to wait on them to process that refund amount when I already spoke to them about the issue LAST WEEK. Today when I called there was a payment that was incorrect again that auto drafted out of the account cleaning out our checking account on payday...I requested a stop payment and they said it would cost $32 to request a stop payment...WELLS FARGO does that for free and you can do it on their website. When they mess with your finances, and put you in a position where you get paid and are immediately short funds and are already dealing with financial hardship and filing for bankruptcy so things are already tight, then they refuse to help prevent a creditor from withdrawing funds, when that creditor knows you're filing for bankruptcy and shouldn't even be charging your autopay anymore, then sound won't help unless you pay a fee, that's a massive problem...you can dispute a transaction for free but you can't stop a payment that shouldn't be going through. I am absolutely fed up. I do not feel protected by this bank. I do not feel as though they have been helpful in any way. We are struggling and there only option is for you to pay them to prevent further issues it's just ridiculous and feels predatory when you're someone going through major hardship.
