I paid the deposit on 4/28 and they came and did the entire job on 5/4. This does not happen with any contractor! (And trust me, MT Art are very busy with many clients). 5. Online capability to pay and track. 6. Orientation to detail, excellent craftsmanship, superbly clean, the new shed not only looks beautiful but it is also sturdy, and correctly leveled. I mean a great job! And all this on a heavy rainy day, with no complaints from them! I'd recommend MT Art to anyone in a heartbeat!

Enrique was able to set an appointment on my busy time frame, showed up on time and did not try to up-sell you like other companies. My roof had been leaking for apparently awhile now. He assesed the damage and worked out the quote. He let me pick the shingles I wanted and didnt try to get me to go with higher priced ones. I was real comfortable hiring Orellsna's Roofing. Install day was push a day due to rain but still kept me next on the schedule. I live in Pa and my roof was being done in NJ. I didn't need to be there for any part of it. His workers dot the job done cleaned up and hauled away everything. Enrique kept me in the loop through the process sending me pics of the tear down and damaged I had. I came down to see it and the job donw was better than I expected. I was overall pleased from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them (and already have) to anyone who need their service. I only had the roof done but know they do other work as well. Payment was easy as well they take all forms it seems. Cash, check, Credit Card and even Venmo. Made the project even better. Will hire again when needed.

well, it started out good, when they wanted my money, but then, after I requested that they fix one…read moreshingle, they pretended to care and eventually, after multiple phone calls, they said they would send someone to my home. Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder? How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I have a video clip of the guy walking my properly and staring up at the roof and then he left, but did absolutely nothing. Multiple text messages, phone calls, no satisfaction whatsover. I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. I kept trying to be nice with the text messages and phone calls, being very polite. Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.

Derek did an excellent job communicating, walking us through each step, being transparent about costs and expectations, and ensuring we were satisfied with our choices. I was amazed at his in depth documentation listing individual part costs and labor; it made me feel empowered to know exactly how the project funds were being spent. My favorite part is he flat out told us when he didn't agree with us on any choice, which I really respected because he truly is a master in his field. We used to have serious water seepage issues in our basement during period of heavy rain before the basement was finished. During the finishing, we got to see his work in action as moisture would literally be pushed away from our basement cement blocks. Since the work, we have NEVER had water seepage even during periods when our dry well and patio would flood (which has nothing to do with this basement project). No project is without its bumps; we did have some issues with some subcontract work but Derek took care of that too and really kept on top things taking ownership of the project end to end as an exceptional general contractor would. This project ended up costing us about twice our initial budget forecast but that was our choice, not because of any misunderstanding. We were so satisfied with the work and the process that we couldn't help but splurge and take further advantage of the quality workmanship. We even considered having our wooded deck redone but we were so far off budget that we decided to defer this work for the future (tbd). This guy went so far to help us with getting a town variance and showed up to the court hearing to coach us! It's now two years later and we really couldn't be more pleased. We know who we will call for our next project(s) once we are ready for it.
