We called MasterTech Environmental for an air quality test and moisture assessment. Tom Duff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The air quality test showed no airborne mold, but the dampness in the ceiling was of concern. His team came out to remove parts of the drywall to assess for mold. Trace amounts of black mold were uncovered along with quite a bit of white mold. The team quickly removed all affected drywall and insulation. When I tell you these guys are thorough and work clean, I mean it. Tony, etc were meticulous with closing off the affected areas for safety and ensuring no mess was left behind. There wasn't an ounce of dust anywhere. It was as if they were never here! MasterTech Environmental does not replace the dry wall, but they recommended an incredibly reliable contractor who did. He also worked exceptionally clean and had my office back to normal in 2 days. Diane in the office is a sweetheart and her communication was second to none. She kept me updated on everything and ensured I received detailed reports complete with photos for insurance claims. Pricing was upfront and fair and they provide a 5 year guarantee on their work. While I wanted to get it fixed the prices I was given by other supposedly reputable companies in the area were astronomical. I delayed until I was given a realistic estimate from Mastertech. That is not to say it was cheap but reasonable by comparison. I was especially impressed when getting my estimate that I was being listened to and not talked at. The guys who came to my house were friendly and professional. They sent up a containment area so the rest of the house was safe from the work area. It only took a few days to clean out and clean up 40+ years of stuff in the basement. Now I have a perfectly clean and empty basement. Oh ,and I have a certificate stating my house was clean. Now for a side note to people like me who honestly don't know what you got till it's gone.....I will say that you must (let me emphasize this) must know what you want to keep before they start clearing out your stuff. They will save what you say you want to keep and anything they deem valuable like silverware or family photos If they can. They we're thorough and I was naive and didn't think they would toss out my closed plastic bins of media or a sculpture I made. This is not their fault. What one seems valuable is subjective and I should have been more diligent in checking on what I wanted to keep. Now, let's all have a moment of silence for the gargoyle I made in high school. He was wonderful. When the work crew showed up they were just as pleasant and polite. They were very careful not to hurt important landscaping and were neat & tidy. BOY are they hard workers!! Everything was done as contracted and more. The results are spectacular!! The neighbors are still congratulating us on the grand results and perfect strangers have stopped to ask about it (apparently we weren't the only ones who thought our old driveway was ugly). It has made our entire house look more polished and beautiful--talk about curb appeal. This is a fabulous product and these fellows are experts on installing it. Now that we have become driveway snobs, we have purposely looked at many in our area to compare. I certainly think the benefits ours provide are superior to block or stone (eventual weeds/uneven surface, fading) or concrete (basic & sterile) or pressed concrete (still going to crack and the design is shallow & fake looking). If they're not very reliable during the estimate and trying to earn your business phase, they most likely won't be during the actual remodel.

All i want is the what i paid for is quality of workmanship work completed as promised and a warranty being upheld. The century 21 cabinets are not working properly and will continue to get worse if not addressed as the job was incomplete. They left and never returned. They sub out the hvac and that became my problem due to three holidays in between our remodel. Days off , terrible weather and lack of finding good workers and availability of them. Unforseen issues that came about during the remodel that i was told was difficult to find good help from the owner and to be patient. As i was. I could question nothing. Then i got told otherwise due to time passed that was out of my control due to communication and knowledge issues with their workers that was not my issue as well that i am paying for now with the incomplete remodel which is not alot to ask. My cabinets need adjustments. Before they fail totally. The cabinet company doesn't respond neither it all goes thru them. There is no airflow since the remodel in the ducts they moved. Which again became an issue that now is my problem as i paid them in full and they never returned. This is heartbreaking and stressful. My ac bill is super high and inaccurate as they fail to return. They fail to follow thru with any warranty. They failed to complete the work and fix what they did that is failing and or improperly incomplete.

I took a dress I needed shortened to minutemen cleaners…read more She pinned the dress with literally 1 pin. I saw the tops of my yellow shoes. It was the perfect length. When I picked up the dress the seamstress was not there. As soon as I got home I tried the dress in and it was dragging on the ground. I immediately called and was told to bring it back in. When I got there I was told that I "okayed" the pin (which I did bc I saw the tops of my shoes) however, it was not where I agreed to it was dragging on the ground. She said she would fix it but it would cost me another $55. What?!? I did not agree to it dragging on the ground. She did not shorten it to where she pinned it. She must have gone a little bit lower and at 4 ft 11 it was literally on the ground. So Beware, they do not fix their mistakes. My mistake was not insisting on trying it on before I left and not reading the reviews prior.
