Now, I have yet another reason for loving them which is their customer service. The gorgeous dozen red roses delivered to me on Valentine's Day had apparently fallen over during delivery, leaving two roses broken and the arrangement a bit off. I contacted Pollard's by email soon after the delivery only to give them a heads up that they might have a problem with a delivery driver. I did not want to see their reputation ruined by a bad review from a less appreciative customer. I did not request a replacement arrangement. I was fine to leave the situation as it was. But they actually sent me out a new arrangement. I was floored by it. Still can't believe that they did that on what is probably their busiest day of the year. What a wonderful thing for them to do! Unbelievable!!! I truly hope this review helps their business. I highly recommend them. They definitely are the best florist in my area. Please try them for your floral needs.

What was ordered was Not Close to what this florist shop delivered. There was a clear picture on Ava's website of what should be included and missing was the Flowering plant (with matching bow) and the green plants weren't in a dish- just 4 green plants in tiny pots stuffed into a leftover Easter basket. (delivery was the week after Easter) The basket is warped on the bottom and does not even sit flat on the counter! This florist should be ashamed for what they delivered and should not be doing business with the Ava's Flowers group which is a scam!!! I have heard of others being fooled by this 'Sponsored' ad when a google search is done.
