After 4 or 5 trips to Peake with a $500 bill and no answer to this raddling noise, I had to take my BMW to another mechanic. The mechanics were all very friendly and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. My problem was diagnosed in about half an hour. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand but rather had to call all over town and send an employee out to Kenner to pick it up. I'm very happy with the service I have received there. They offered one of the usual "add on" services of a fuel line flush, but didn't give me a hard sell at all when I turned them down. They also didn't charge some lady who came in because she had a "low tire pressure" light on her car for a 29 PSI tire. In all, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Can't ask for much more.

Extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle has been at this shop for over a month, and the…read morebiggest issue has been the lack of thoroughness, urgency, and communication. I was initially given my vehicle back before the full problem was identified, only to have to return it because a major repair was still needed. Since then, there have been additional delays simply because communications weren't being checked or acted on, leaving necessary repairs sitting untouched. I should not have to constantly follow up or physically come to the shop just to make sure someone is checking messages and moving my repair forward. Meanwhile, I'm continuing to incur additional transportation and rental expenses because of these delays. Customers should not have to manage the repair shop themselves to get their vehicle properly fixed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

This has allowed me to start saving for the repairs they recommended. Corey is honest and straight forward and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family from now on! Well Cottoman certainly isn't great and they're expensive to boot. So if you want to drive a car out of a garage and have it towed back, then Cotton is for you.

Who you know will always do their absolute BEST and the Results are always what you expect. After living in New Orleans for quite some time, eventually your car will need to be properly serviced. That's just the way it is. ‍ Well. Y'all. I didn't know who to go to in the New Orleans Metro area because let's face it. Who is really out there trying their best and who's just out to make a buck?! I reached out on social media for recommendations for a local mechanic to work on my transmission and replace the clutch and someone I trusted recommended these guys to me. LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER CAR MECHANIC SHOP iN NOLA It has the Mom and Pops feel. The quality of work is Primo. They also have a couple of parrots in the waiting room too to keep you company like. Real ones that can talk & sing!!! If you are hesitant about where to bring your car- I know you don't know me - but TRUST ME. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL I drive a pretty rare sports car, and I'm pretty clueless about how it all works. These guys are SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE about EVERYTHING! Not only can they get all the parts you need (even if it's super hard to find) They will take the time to explain things to you or how things work or whatever , and by the time you drive away your car will exceed your expectations! I'm being dead serious when I say my car drove away from their place like it was BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT. I was floating on clouds. (My car is 15years old BTW) all of this wouldn't have been possible without those guys. Also Thank you and shout out to Mr. Andre' for all of your kindness and patience with me and taking the time to explain things in a gentle manner and also in a way that made it easy for me to understand!!! I can not recommend this shop enough!!! If you're on the fence or unsure where to take your car in the NoLa metro area : who to TRUST with your vehicle:: I can promise you: !!! THiS iS THE SPOT !!!

I was exceptionally happy with the process given the fact I went (or tried) to circle electric three times to get this very job done which only took me one visit here to get it straightened out, and at a cheaper rate than I would have paid the other guy. The shop doesn't look like much on the outside, but you know how some of the best food spots are the ones nestled right in the middle of the neighborhood and have no sign out front? Yeah, that's this place. Don't expect a reciept or anything. You could probably get one if you asked, but i didn't sweat it, i just needed a job well done and I got just that. I had a set of new headlights and fog lights installed on my car, they had it for about 5-6 hours and it was ready the same day. They look great and I will surely be back here for any electrical issues with my car, i would without a doubt recommend this place for anybody searching for an honest, fair auto shop.
