The range is enormous, and the prices are very cheap. But the really impressive part is what isn't on display I challenge you to go to BSC and ask for any type of battery, cable, lightbulb (yes, even those fiddly little ones from the Christmas lights that you can never find a replacement for) or other electrical bits and bobs - I have never yet been disappointed! The sales assistant will disappear into some magical back room where all these little things are stored, and reappear a couple of minutes later with exactly what you needed. And it will usually only cost you about £1.50. Bargain!

Anna and her team are so lovely and always have time to chat to you, it always feels like a real treat every time I go. I usually get a sandwich to go but if you have time it's a really gorgeous place to spend a cosy afternoon with coffee, cake and good friends.
