I don't know what they did (I wasn't there- my husband handled it and he isn't known for paying attention to such things), but I'm sure it involved witchcraft. It had to. Magic of some sort. Chanting, at the very least. My carpet is SPOTLESS. We're talking about a lake property that has seen kids walking in and out, in and out, in and out...mud, BBQ sauce, beer (from my husband, not the kids), you name it. There was a spot the size of a small mammal right smack in the middle of my hallway and I was ready to chuck the whole thing and buy a new house, but then these guys came in with their fancy whatnot and BAM! It's gone. I'm amazed. Overjoyed. Humbled. In all seriousness- they did a fantastic job. No harsh chemical scents, it dried fairly quickly, they were efficient and professional. Put his phone and other things just anywhere. Did not communicate at all. We found a broken tv antenna cable after he left that my husband had to fix. Used our water faucet outside, didn't know he did that because he did not communicate with us. After trying to sell us his chemicals and taking our payment for services he just left. Not a good bye, are you satisfied, nothing. And he left these little grey sponge blocks, don't know what they were for. My husband's bowling ball was in the middle of our memory foam bed. No customer service or courtesy at all from this guy. I let this man into my house, he should be respectful. Before going to bed our carpet were still very wet. We had opened all window & doors with ceiling fans on since John left. The next morning carpet felt crunchy, not soft like it was. But the worst part I awoke to a wet dog smell. The whole house smelt terrible! I will have to hire someone else to re-clean my carpets. More expense. I will NOT be using this company again. Poor customer service. They were able to squeeze us in before anyone else could get there and they did an amazing job on the carpet and the laminate kitchen and bathroom floors! I couldn't believe they were able to clean everything up to look almost like new again! Friendly and at a fair price to boot! We'll definitely use them again!
