Here is the message that I sent... "Okay, since you're not going to respond I'll take it upon myself. I was on my way to work coming from the North. I was in the far right lane while the highway was still 3 lanes. I had been in that lane the entire time. The person driving this truck was coming from the other highway that goes onto the bridge to go over the lake. Our vehicles were almost parallel when the truck started moving over into my lane, no signal at all. I was forced to swerve out of my lane to avoid being side swiped by him and he obviously thought I was not initially in that lane when I had been the whole time. He proceeded to lay on his horn and flip me off as he thought I had cut him off. I then merged into the furthest right lane to get off of the highway as that is where I work. This man sped up to go past me and continued to flip me off as he passed me. It is extremely disheartening that someone reacts this way, especially when they are representing a company on their vehicle. I get that there was confusion in thinking I had cut the person off, but in all actuality, this person never signaled they were coming over into that lane and I had been in that same lane for multiple minutes at that point. Moral of the story, I will not be a customer of yours in the future and will ensure that when people are looking for a company for insect help, they will not be lead to your business as I will not help promote a place that has rude employees as this." They as they passed me they continued to give me inappropriate hand gestures. I didn't cut them off, and was already exceeding the speed limit to pass two semis. This was extremely uncalled for. I emailed the business and never got an apology or a response. Very unprofessional and I'd never allow such a company to access my house! They should take pride in their business, especially when representing a business with their name on the side and back while driving a company vehicle! I made a mistake, and I trusted them hook line and sinker. On my first follow up on 5/31/23 the technician said he found one mouse which I did not see. The company never performed the second and subsequent follow ups. I tried to reason with them and come to some kind of compromise because it was obvious there were no mice in my home but that is not how they do business. The bottom line is I was duped into believing I had a major rodent problem and it cost me $1422 for one mouse hat I never did see. Furthermore they were rude, condescending, and patronizing over the phone . The next day I was sent the message below even after I agreed to pay them double for the work hours that they performed since there are no mice in my house. I have inspected all of the traps they set myself today and there is not one of them that had a mouse in it after 20 days. This is inappropriate. In light of these actions though, we are still willing and able to provide the service to you, as it was paid for. Our pricing is based on the inspection of your home and the activity found inside. This is determined by actual activity inside the home, areas that need to be sealed on the outside of the home, and how many follow up's will be needed to remediate the problem. This also includes a year warranty. I hope this helps you gain some clarity on how the pricing and service works. In your case, there was significant rodent activity inside the home, and many areas outside that needed to be sealed.
