Here is the message that I sent... "Okay, since you're not going to respond I'll take it upon myself. I was on my way to work coming from the North. I was in the far right lane while the highway was still 3 lanes. I had been in that lane the entire time. The person driving this truck was coming from the other highway that goes onto the bridge to go over the lake. Our vehicles were almost parallel when the truck started moving over into my lane, no signal at all. I was forced to swerve out of my lane to avoid being side swiped by him and he obviously thought I was not initially in that lane when I had been the whole time. He proceeded to lay on his horn and flip me off as he thought I had cut him off. I then merged into the furthest right lane to get off of the highway as that is where I work. This man sped up to go past me and continued to flip me off as he passed me. It is extremely disheartening that someone reacts this way, especially when they are representing a company on their vehicle. I get that there was confusion in thinking I had cut the person off, but in all actuality, this person never signaled they were coming over into that lane and I had been in that same lane for multiple minutes at that point. Moral of the story, I will not be a customer of yours in the future and will ensure that when people are looking for a company for insect help, they will not be lead to your business as I will not help promote a place that has rude employees as this." Still not a single response. What a horrible way to promote business, especially when you are driving a company vehicle.

I emailed the business and never got an apology or a response. Very unprofessional and I'd never allow such a company to access my house! They should take pride in their business, especially when representing a business with their name on the side and back while driving a company vehicle! I made a mistake, and I trusted them hook line and sinker. On my first follow up on 5/31/23 the technician said he found one mouse which I did not see. The company never performed the second and subsequent follow ups. I tried to reason with them and come to some kind of compromise because it was obvious there were no mice in my home but that is not how they do business. The bottom line is I was duped into believing I had a major rodent problem and it cost me $1422 for one mouse hat I never did see. Furthermore they were rude, condescending, and patronizing over the phone . The next day I was sent the message below even after I agreed to pay them double for the work hours that they performed since there are no mice in my house. I have inspected all of the traps they set myself today and there is not one of them that had a mouse in it after 20 days. My advice to anyone who is considering using Erdye's would be to run not walk away and choose another company. Worst business experience I have ever had in 71 trips around the sun. We have that yesterday you were able to speak with both our Office Manager and our Lead Service Coordinator who are both decision makers. When you spoke to our office manager, she had your information sent over to our Lead Service Coordinator, with whom you also spoke over and were rude with and threatened legal action to. We have an email to our no reply email - sent before our Lead Service Coordinator was able to contact you, a text message from last night after speaking with our Lead Service Coordinator and this email today all making threats for legal action. This is inappropriate. In light of these actions though, we are still willing and able to provide the service to you, as it was paid for. Our pricing is based on the inspection of your home and the activity found inside. This is determined by actual activity inside the home, areas that need to be sealed on the outside of the home, and how many follow up's will be needed to remediate the problem. This also includes a year warranty. I hope this helps you gain some clarity on how the pricing and service works. In your case, there was significant rodent activity inside the home, and many areas outside that needed to be sealed. Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

When framed with wood and the cement in, they put a hard coating on top with the stamp of my liking into it and it was then sealed. I was impressed with the crew that was very friendly and hard working. The lead construction worker came and asked me one more time what I wanted so that it was right. the owner came before the job and asked me also, what I wanted so the job was done right, and I would be pleased with the outcome. When completed, I noticed that some of the coloring that they put down was much lighter in a few areas and I was not totally happy with the results. The owner then contacted me and addressed what was wrong. He then came to my house himself and put more coloring in the areas that I thought didn't look right. then it was sealed again in some areas. he didn't have to do this, but he wanted me to be 100% pleased with his product. Wow, I have never had a company make such an effort to do a job well done and to my specifications. I could tell that the company and their reputation meant a lot to them. Although it took longer than expected to complete because of the rainy spring we had, the owner kept in contact with me through the entire time it took to put my patio in. Some in the past have left me many days, wondering if and when they were coming back. This company has owners and workers who care and have a conscience about doing a job well done and the happiness of their client.
