GoPestTech was very quick to respond to my inquiry and Lorne was able to come out the next day to treat the bee nests around our house. He was very informative not only about what he was using but about the bees themselves. Lorne was able to eliminate the bees with one treatment. I would definitely hire Go Pest Tech again. read more

Go Pest Tech was great! From the first phone call they were all complete professionals. Jeanne was able to answer all my questions. They were able come to the house very quickly and I was told Lorne would be there between 11 and 12 and he was there promptly at 11:30. Lorne answered all my questions and went straight to work. I was surprised to see all the dead ants and other insects the next day. I would highly recommend letting Go Pest Tech "debug" your house. read more

Lorne is terrific! He really knows his stuff! If you have unwanted bugs in your house, I highly recommend this guy! He takes the time to explain the process and answers all questions. He is a wealth of information and he gets the job done in a timely manner. Bugs are gone! Prices are VERY reasonable. Lorne is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He helped identify the rodent droppings in our home and was very helpful and patient in eradicating them and helping us understand what occurred. He spent a lot of time with us inspecting the property and treating it. He was never rushed and we felt like such a priority--excellent customer service! He also has thorough packages for on-going maintenance that are well-priced. We immediately signed up since we feel so comfortable with him. He was available by email and cell and would call me personally to go over details of our property and the situation we were facing. I am so glad we found Lorne and Go Pest Tech. One of the reasons Lorne Hill began GoPestTech, is explained this way, "As pest management companies grow and especially if they grow too fast, the focus tends to shift away from the specific needs of individual customers and a "cookie-cutter" philosophy develops. For example, sometimes the company's bigger picture gets in the way of doing what's best for each and every individual client. This makes it difficult for technicians like myself, whose primary concern is for the clients that we are servicing, as we may be asked to do things that are not in the clients' best interest, but rather management's". Lorne Hill made the decision to start his own pest management company GoPestTech, with the "Client" and service always the No.1 concern. " I love solving people's pest problems and wanted to be free to do what I know to be in their best interest. There's nothing more satisfying than knowing you've taken a panic stricken person, calmed their fears and "saved the day".

Meet the Business Owner: Lorne H.

Lorne Hill is the founder & CEO of GoPestTech. He has worked in the Pest Control Industry for 30+ years. He started his career in April, 1985 doing pest management in southeastern Wisconsin, working for a medium-sized company. Lorne became supervisor of the Service Department where he trained and monitored 7 technicians. He supervised the service department for 10 years while continuing to service customers in the field.During the course of his 30+ year career he has had continuing education in the pest management industry. He has successfully completed the Purdue University Pest Management Technologies course and achieved a combined score of 93.8%, which is a rating of excellent. He holds a certificate of excellence from Quality Pro Green and Quality Pro School. He has successfully completed and passed the NPMA pest management in food plants exam as well.

The cable man removed a drop ceiling tile to get my cable working, how is that "tearing apart" anything? They claim they've been doing investigations for years, but there work proves otherwise. I would not recommend this company to any friend or family based on my experience. Also, my landlord paid this company & now they are trying to say that because I didn't pay, I'm not a customer.

Additionally, the microwave was made so that to replace a burnt out light, the entire unit had to be removed from the wall, which was handled with care and professionalism.
