They never removed any drop ceiling tiles to look, they only checked the roof to see how well everything was sealed... it's about $100 for this "investigation". They got there money & don't seem to care that I'm still hearing bats. Wouldn't a thorough investigation include removing drop ceiling tiles to look? The companies response was that "they don't tear apart people's houses to investigate". Really? The cable man removed a drop ceiling tile to get my cable working, how is that "tearing apart" anything? They claim they've been doing investigations for years, but there work proves otherwise. I would not recommend this company to any friend or family based on my experience. Also, my landlord paid this company & now they are trying to say that because I didn't pay, I'm not a customer.
