I really appreciate Danielle for assisting and Matt the owner for emailing back stating I'd get taken care of. My previous review came about due to the extra hurdles I had to take this time around. In the past I would relay to the caregiver and Jovie and then Bright Horizon would contact me to approve any updates/changes. Which was a lot simpler than me connecting with 3 separate entities/individuals. Other than reservation challenges between the two companies, and some slight issues with prior caregivers, I would overall rate Jovie 4 stars. I'd give Cindy 5 stars for providing exceptional care to my son. I'm not sure if my prior caregivers were part of Jovie so I will not leave my experience with them here.

She continues to be a great communicator and we love working with her. It was a bit rough at first, as this was a brand new thing to him, but it's been about 7 weeks now and everyday goes very well. Hands down, we can't thank Ms. Roshni enough for making this transition possible. She has put our minds at ease and I can see that the way she cares for our baby is something special. She is just amazing at her job and it's very obvious she really cares for these kids. Sooner than I thought, the drop offs got easier and he got more comfortable. Our son really likes her as well as the other teachers. She is the reason I can go to work each morning and not worry about my son. One of the teachers does come across as a bit firm in her approach, but my son seems to respond well to her and seems to like her. You can check in on 2 cameras; 10 minute sessions, 10 times per day, per user. The cameras are not great, 1 is terrible, but it does put your mind at ease to have that capability, and eventually, you stop checking in so much. I'm not too crazy about the food provided, but it is all included in the price which makes things very convenient, and you can bring in your own food if you want to. Communication is great, prices are fair, staff and teachers are friendly, all in all, we would recommend this location and plan on having our son attend for the long haul.
