NEVER GO HERE. They did my TOES HORRIBLE. My toes nails are rough from the filing and on most my toes the gel is peeling off (it hasn't even been 3 hrs), the guy didn't paint the whole entire nails, and they cut my toe nails VERY crooked . I called to get a lash extensions and was told that I had to schedule an appointment at 1:30 because they where busy. I came in around 9:30am with my mom and to get my acrylic nails removed. Henry took my nails off and he was basically ripping them off all my nails are currently bruised some are even bleeding still it's been 8hrs.. I asked him to use the stuff so my nails will just dissolve and he said that it's bad for my skin even though I have used it before. Dirty and nasty place. They are unprofessional and unfriendly. The eyelash area is a nasty place that they do not keep clean nor do they wipe down. I went to have my eyelashes done and within 5 days one of my eyes were almost bald. Went there to see if they could fill them in and the woman that did them acted so confused but she wasn't confused when I paid her $70 plus my tip. With Covid still being ramped in the community and they do not practice anything the the Mn Dept of Health recommends this is a major disaster ready to happen. I came here for my first acrylic manicure ever. The staff was so so kind, and they were so gentle to my hands. They had an array of colours, lengths, and shapes for your nails. The only critique I really have is that the coverage isn't the best, there are some exposed spots on the sides of my nails, and some of my nails vary in sizes, but I can't really blame them since the place was so busy. The stylists are very friendly... but now i only believe so they take your attention away from the low quality of work that they do on your nails. My experience is with the older man there. He will pressure you out of what you really want. I went back in 2 days later and showed him, very quietly i might add, that 2 of my nails were almost totally lifted off and the others were started to lift by the cuticles. He said he wont charge me for the two but he will for the rest..... WHAT???? I said to him that it had only been 2 days his response.... sometimes nails don't respond to the glue. WHAT??? This is my third time going, I have never left happy. My mom is a faithful customer of Trinity. I've come to believe she is the only nail tech there that does a great job. The place is always dirty and their equipment is old and falling apart, i have my cosmetology license and I know proper sanitation and regulation laws and they follow none of them. They do waxing out in the open and double dip everything in the wax. My toes look like a 3 year old painted them and are still full of dead skin. I've watched them pass tools that they have just used on me to another nail tech without being disinfected... after today... never again! read more

I after 7yrs of getting my nails done in Brooklyn center I decided to try a different shop I didn't think I was going to like it but I haven't been to my old nail tech since. I have been going to Bebe nails for 7 years and I am so disappointed. They overbook and while I understand the hustle it is impossible to keep up with great quality and integrity. I was so hurt today. I've made an appointment with Trinity and Mama for 11am but there was other customers booked for the same time. The two other people were Caucasian and instead of just saying that they were overbooked Trinity tells me that Mama feels pressured doing black women feet! I was appalled! I never like reviewing especially if I've had a one time bad experience but this is the 3rd time that they've made an excuse to get the Caucasian women in on time while whispering to me if it is ok for someone else to do my pedicure. Went to this place as a recommendation from a friend who gets her nails done by trinity I believe. It's supposed to be a cheap place but as soon as I said I was getting married they charged me more for no reason other than that. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the basically said no and talked me out if it. He up sold me on the gel for toes but it turned out terrible, it wasn't even worth it and I told him I wanted gel powder not gel polish but didn't use gel powder even though he said it was. I'm a hair stylist with my cosmetology degree and I know gel powder is pink not white. He insisted it still was gel powder than put gel polish over it and still charged me even though i said several times I didn't want it. Then on top of that looks like she added white glue. Once she took off the tape off the bottom of my eyes . I have gone to the salon several times. each time I go I'm not quite sure what to expect. the last time I went to have a gel manicure done on my natural nails it was excellent and lasted the full three weeks without chipping. but now this time I have gone and my nails are the worst that they have ever done. the entire nail is not covered all the way there are bumps and ridges and it seems like the jail is meeting or on top of my cuticle I don't have time to go back now that I've had an opportunity to sit down and look at it because I have to leave for a Conference out of town for a week so I will be going to another salon later this evening after I get off work to get this redone. On a previous occasion I have gone and the lady the young lady who is there most of the time has cut my cuticle really bad I literally had sore fingers. it seems that the service is not consistent and the nail the primary nail tech is very moody no one seems to speak good English except for the husband. He is very guest oriented and very customer service goal oriented but the primary worker is not. it seems that she is always rushing even when there is no one waiting I think I will not be returning for a while. there is a new girl but she only works in the later evening usually I am at work or home with my family by this time. however she is really good. she should be the primary technician but I believe she has school during the day. read more

I have been coming to this nail shop for six years and today I just had the most racist experience ever. I made an appointment with Trinity a week ago for my full set, lashes, and eye brows. This is the third time I have made an appointment with her and she has pushed me off to someone else and also let walk-ins go before me. Today she had her sister do my lashes because she let someone take my appointment. I was upset about that but her sister does an okay job so I was fine. When it was time to do my nails she made me wait behind two eye lash walk-ins and tried to tell me I didn't make an appointment because the person who made the took my appointment spelled my name wrong. The part that upset me is they tried to charge me 10.00 more just because I wanted to pay with my card saying that I can get a discount for paying with cash. Ty (Trinity's husband) told me to go to the gas station across the street and get cash. I agreed. I asked him to put my phone on the charger earlier while I was getting my nails done and when I tried to go to the gas station for cash he refused to give me my phone. Saying that he needed to make sure I would come back. I had to tell him three times to give me my phone. Finally he gives me my phone. Once I get in my car to go get the cash I look up and he is taking down my license plate number (mind you I have been a customer FOR SIX YEARS). He tried to treat me as if I was a thief and would try to run away with 100.00. I know that I was treated this way because I am black. Trinity was the only nail tech I went to for six years but I promise you after today I will never step foot in this shop. Even though they laugh and smile in your face they are racist. read more

I will NEVER go back to Bebe Nails. I went in for a gel manicure a couple weeks ago and had the worst experience ever. As the nail tech was completing my manicure, she cut a huge chunk out of the skin on one of my ring fingers. It hurt really bad and started to bleed. The nail tech felt really bad and did her best to get it to stop. After about 5 minutes, the bleeding slowed down but it was because of these liquid drops she put on it (which stung). I should have just left right then and there but I really needed my nails done for work the next day and she was trying her best to help stop the bleeding. She finally got it to stop, however, there she left dried blood on my skin. As she was painting the gel on my nails, I noticed that she was getting some of the gel on my cuticles. Anyone who has had gel nails before probably knows that if the polish gets on the cuticle, your gel manicure is more than likely not going to last :( I was even more bummed about that but noticed the nail tech was writing out a card...(I was thinking maybe a gift certificate??). She put the card in an envelope and handed it to me. I asked her what it was and she said a gift for me. I thought that it was a nice gesture considering what I went through. By the end of the gel manicure I told myself I would still tip her because of how bad she felt and that she gave me a gift, which I was assuming was a free gel manicure or pedicure or something. I tipped her only $4, which was probably still too much (at least according to my husband who told me I shouldn't have even paid). As I left the salon, I got into my car and opened the envelope only to find a $5 gift certificate towards another service. I seriously felt extremely ripped off and was very disappointed but decided to just leave it alone and go home. Two days later...(yes two days), two of my nails started chipping. I knew she did a poor job of applying the gel polish, however, I did not expect it to only last two days. I was not able to go into the salon to get them fixed that day. By the seventh day, 8 of my nails were chipped. Some of them really bad! I went into the salon to demand someone fix my nails or to get a refund. When I went in, the same nail tech was there (nobody else). She told me she would fix my nails but would not issue a refund. I told her I did not want her to fix my nails as she did not do a good job. She told me to come in another day when someone else was there to get them fixed. I told her that I needed them done that day because I had to go to work the next day and needed my nails done. I told her she left me no choice but to do a chargeback on my credit card for not receiving a service I paid for and she told me she would call the police on me. (lol) Long story short people, don't ever go to Bebe Nails. They do not understand customer service and you may end up with a chunk of skin and unstoppable bleeding!!! Along with a crappy nail job, and, oh yeah, dried blood on your skin. Gross. I will never go there again - it was my first and last time there!!! To clarify, this is only my opinion. But continued the eyelashes every time I came in the door they will say nails today I'm like no but eyelashes. When I walked in they had one nail tech start and he messed them up so they pushed me to another one to finish. THE NEW ONE MADE ME BLEED. They sold me on the gel polish because it is nicer, but it turned out a nasty bright green!
