This is a great place to go if you are looking for first aid or physical therapy items. My sister is a physical therapist so whenever I have an ache or pain, or an injury, she tells me to get things like theraputty or super huge ice packs or wierd braces. She recommends that I go to this location because she knows that they will have the goods. I've never filled a prescription here, so I can't comment on that. But, I've been able to find everything that my sister has prescribed. read more

I cannot always come here for my drugstore and pharmacy needs, because I travel a lot all around town, so sometime I have to use a different pharmacy, which I do not like, because I always notice the difference in customer service skills, and the knowledge and efficiency in the staff. I really like this pharmacy, it is my favorite, so whenever I can and am in the area, I always come here. Not only they are always stocked, they are rarely out of some product, they have everything you need, even that blood stop medication that you cannot find anywhere else, and the best is their kindness, their commitment to always make sure I am served in the best, highest standard, they are all very helpful to find anything you cannot find, and at the cash register they are really nice and friendly too, so this will keep on being my favorite pharmacy and I recommend it very highly! read more

beverton pharmacy sucks!!! i call to see if they have my medication and the lady linda i think her name is , keeps me on hold for over 5 min while i am on my break. also don't try saving money there, they will not honor good rx coupons. they state that they "choose" not to participate even though they honored it one time and then i needed a refill and that is when they told me they wouldn't do it again. very sad if you need your medication and you don't have insurance. rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If you have a compound prescription avoid this place. The various ways that the staff will lie and string you along is horrible. They would tell me my insurance denied the claim, which was a lie. And after research with my insurance, I learned they in fact want more money than their contracted rates with insurance. Of course they won't say this up front and instead try to pass the buck onto you, suddenly charging you more $$. Says a lot that after my insurance dug into their practices they told me to stay away and find somewhere else for my prescription. My doctor confirmed this treatment is extending to other patients. Found out today that this pharmacy has been practicing insurance fraud on their compounded medicines. Had an incident where they said my insurance told them they weren't going to cover one of my partner's compounded medicines. Needless to say we got on the phone with the insurance company while we were there. The insurance company said that particular prescription hadn't even been submitted for approval. That prompted a deeper conversation about the other compounded med. We found that we should have been billed at $17.43 but for the 18 months we've been getting this med, Beaverton Pharmacy charged us $45. Apparently the pharmacist had been submitting the claim, then reversing it and charging his own price. He actually admitted this on the phone with the insurance agent while we were standing there. So not only have we been overpaying but this has messed with our insurance deductible as well since they haven't been filing either compounded medicine under our insurance. If you've been getting compounded meds from this pharmacy, you might want to contact your insurance and see if they've frauded you too. read more

So disappointed. Wanted to support local business. Went in to purchase a blood pressure monitor (expensive). Walked and waited at least 20 minutes while the cashier and another very loud young woman ignored me. Asked the pharmacy tech for help and she pointed at the loud woman who was waiting on someone (I know every diagnosis of that poor customer because of the loud one). Continued to be ignored and finally just walked out. The entire staff needs intensive customer service training and the loud young woman needs to review the HIPAA guidelines and learn what it means. Very unfortunate. The big guns, Fred Meyer, Walgreens will sadly get the business simply due to the staff's poor attitude. If they don't value the business, I don't either.. read more

We came for a specialty item. We were given many places to chose from and came here because we were in the area. My 8 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and lady at the store counter was extremely rude to her and told her there was no public restroom and that she would need to go down the street. I walked over and as soon as she seen me proceeded to ask if she could help I said absolutely my daughter needs to use the bathroom she then told me that we have to get permission from the pharmacist. She kept giving us ugly glares the entire time we were there. Funny thing is that they have signs up in the store saying support your local pharmacy!! Ha When you treat customers like this it makes it hard. We will not be back!!! read more

I was not happy with the way I was treated. After the issue of proper dosage of my compounded prescription was resolved, and I appreciated the pharmacist's efforts in that regard, it took at least 2 more days for them to prepare it for me. They seemed to be punishing me because of a disagreement with my Dr. Whatever the reason, it was unprofessional, and I won't be going back. read more

I live down in Southern Oregon, but there have been two times recently where I have ended up needing to refill one of my prescriptions when up in the Portland area, and a family member recommended Beaverton Pharmacy. I was beyond impressed! Even though both times the prescription was from an out of area doctor there was no issues and the prescription was always ready within 30 minutes of when I dropped it off or it was called in. All of the staff are caring and are willing to answer any questions you may have. MUCH better than the chains like Walgreens and Target! read more

On April 12 I went and had a pain pill prescription filled. Picked up at the drive through. Got home pulled the bottle out of the bag and instantly know it was wrong. I counted and there was 38 out of 60. I go back and they show a picture of the pills on the tray. But no accounting after the pills are counted. No cameras to go review to see if anyone messed. I went to my doctor of 16 years and he filled the difference. I have never been wrong on any pills for 16 years. If you get pain meds or other sought often drug count them at the counter. Once you leave you can do nothing. Beaverton Pharmacy has been sold so it is not the same owners. I have to file a complaint with the state because this makes me look dishonest. Being disabled I am not able to just move pharmacy. I had discussion with my doctor and he did replace the medication. Like he said" you have been a patient since 2004 or longer and never has had a discrepancy with pain meds." Further more until I can make arrangements they will have to count my meds in front of me. There are cameras all over the store but zero on behind the counter or on the meds once counted. I did not take 22 pills from my pill bottle. The pharmacy can not prove once the pills were counted if they were put into the bottle or if the bottle was tampered with after or if something else happened. I don't know what happen to 22 pain pills but the count was wrong in my bottle when I got it. I am disabled and can not just pick another store and move. I have to make arrangements. I did not want to disclose to this store my future move. Cameras all facing customers not one covers where the medications hang. This store has no way to prove what happened once the pills were counted. read more
