We called AAA, and the…read moreestimated wait time was three and a half hours, far beyond the one-hour window they have before you're allowed to call your own company. While waiting for the AAA company, we reached out to several other towing services, but no one was available. Then we called Stickles Towing, and the driver was absolutely amazing. He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. Unfortunately, we ended up replacing the battery ourselves in the parking lot at the four-hour mark, but even though this would have been an out-of-pocket service, his dedication and kindness didn't go unnoticed. I can't recommend Stickles Towing enough, they truly care about their customers!

Because of where it broke, I ended up parallel parked on a busy city street. I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction. The wheel had to come off and the car had to be towed out at an angle. But Robert made it look easy. I highly recommend using Hi Tech if you need a tow out of a difficult situation.

There are a lot of tow companies out there that will absolutely rip you off - this is not one of…read morethem. Two weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a patch of black ice while traveling from Mississippi to West Newton, PA. We were coming into Belle Vernon late in the evening when the accident happened. I told the local PD to just do whatever they needed to do to get the car out of the road and secure. John with Bujanowski was dispatched, and within 15 minutes he was on scene with us. His first words were "are you ok?". There was no mention of money, payment, or anything. Just assurance that he would take care of us, get us situated for the night and out of the cold, and we could handle everything the next day. He even offered us a ride to our hotel for the night - we declined - only because the amazing officer from Washington Township PD had already made arrangements to give us a lift there. The next day, I had the pleasure of working with Sara in the office. Our vehicle was slam full of our tools and other belongings. My immediate fear was that we would not be able to recover our stuff post-accident. Sara assured us that would not be an issue, and once we got a few things handled to prove our ownership of the vehicle, she even assisted us in cleaning everything out and moving into our rental car. This is a fantastic family-owned and operated business. I cannot recommend them enough for their kindness, compassion, and assistance to a stranger from 900 miles away.
