Very friendly staff and breakfast buffet was just what my husband wanted for Father's Day.

We visit Beaver Bar multiple times during the larger motorcycle events like Bike Week and Biketoberfest annually. The establishment is open all year round; however, it's most 'happening' during those two events. It's a great spot to take a break and kick back in one of their chairs on the lawn in front of the building to enjoy an adult beverage, smoke a cigar or something more potent, and watch all the motorcycles go by. Traffic slows down here so you have an opportunity to see all the unique and custom bikes and people wearing all their wild biker garb. There are also hundreds of people walking back and forth between Iron Horse Saloon and Broken Spoke to see the big bands at each location, so you have an opportunity to see and meet a lot of cool and unique people if you're chilling here. During the larger motorcycle events motorcycle parking (in the general area) is typically $5 but you can find free spots if you know where to look. Parking for cars is usually around $20 but you can find $10 spots. Pricing fluctuates depending on how high capacity will be that evening; essentially, if Hair Ball is playing it's $20 for a car unless you arrive earlier in the day. The bar can get packed inside; they have some tables for dining-in but they are limited. There is also a nice patio in the back with more tables for dining. There is a stage for bands and there are usually bands playing all day during the big bike events. I don't think I've seen a 'bad band' here yet. I haven't eaten dinner here but we have tried their Sunday breakfast bar in the past. The buffet is $7 and it starts at 8:00am. A group of us like to go up in the morning to see the happenings here and before heading over to Broken Spoke, Iron Horse, or Teddy Morse's Harley to catch whatever early morning activities are going on. Staff is friendly, but it can be difficult getting a drink at times during peak hours. They don't have any beer stations around where you can just grab a beer and go like at main street, most people are passing through from Iron Horse to Broken Spoke and vice-versa, so they are more likely to order drinks at those two locations. There are some that might hang here for a while but they are usually waiting for an event to start somewhere else and just want to relax somewhere different for a while. It's not the cleanest place around and the bathrooms can get trashed here during large events. Honestly your best option for a restroom is the Porto potties at the Broken Spoke because they hire staff to maintain them during the events. You will find that the Porto Potties at Broken Spoke are much cleaner than the ones at Iron Horse. All-in-all, Beaver Bar is a great place to visit during the larger motorcycle events and if you're looking for a great spot to get away from the larger crowds, shop for a while, get a quick bite to eat, and relax for a few, than Beaver Bar is the place. read more

Had a very good breakfast experience here. This is an old school breakfast bar at an incredible price. They have a great piece of property and it's fun to chill and enjoy breakfast with a friend. It's cash only, but if you aren't ready, there is an ATM I enjoyed the experience. read more

I live close by and over the years so frequently bought food because it's usually good. But the last year or so you can't get them to answer the phone. If you go up there, they may make you food and they may not. Also on the website it says it may be available. It's just really a crappy way to run a business and they could sell a lot more read more

Go here for their black and blue burger and patty melt. Actually juicy meaty meal when you're craving a real burger. It gets crowded sometimes but the food is great! They only take cash and usually carry a limited style of domestic beers. read more

We've been going there for years. We're locals, we know it's a biker bar not the Ritz, but we had the worst service from Marty, a mean, sarcastic, miserable waitress. She was terrible, never checked on us, overcharged us and wouldn't explain how she came up with the figure she charged. When we asked for a manager we got the run around. That'll probably be the last time we go there, and the last time we take our friends from out of town, there are plenty of other places to go in this town. read more

Biker bar away from the tourists. Come down Sunday mornings for $5 breakfast buffet and its the basic necessities you need for the morning meal. Now for $5 don't expect lobster tail..just saying. Dining Al fresco on the wrap around porch all the scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage , grits , hash , hotcakes, biscuits and gravy , mimosas or Bloods if u like . When I lived in Surfside Beach South Carolina, I frequented the Beaver Bar in Murrells Inlet. The one here in Ormond Beach is pretty much the same. I believe they are both owned by the same individual. Cheap beer and good times! Chairs out front to watch the bikes going by. A stage out back and numerous vendors. Oyster night $1 each. Idea is great but when you have no wait staff, a manger who is tending bar and only one person shucking oysters made for a very frustrating evening. Walked to the bar to get drinks, waited at the cook shack to put in another food order, 30 minutes to get second order. Terrible waste of an evening. This was my first time. I came to listen to the music, which was awesome. Big Rick was playing. It wasn't busy at all. I ordered fish, shrimp and clam basket. It came with fries, Cole slaw and baked beans. Man was the food super fresh. They were lightly fried and the batter was very light. I'd like to go back when the band is outside.
