(The person was late and I never got a call to tell me they were even coming. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But she was actually a passenger and either way should have called a manager for them to reach out to me, I digress...) But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.

After this weekend, now she is stuck with me forever! I was already a fan of hers, and then she did my niece's hair and makeup for prom a few months ago. And WOW! She did an amazing job. My niece looked like an angel, or a model. So that solidified my opinion on where to go for special events. Then, this weekend, my daughter, my niece and I all needed services. I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! Honest to God, I have paid 4 times the amount that we paid here for just my daughter's hair. Both of the girls look fan-freaking-tastic, and I love my hair as well! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. She walked in with fried, unhealthy, muticolored hair, and walked out with long, beautiful, shiny healthy hair that looks super natural. We have all three gotten several compliments on our hair. They misunderstood me multiple times and did their own thing. I asked for regular gel polish but she used acrylic or some sort, that I did not asked for. I have spent a long time growing my nails and this is was very damaging to my nails, so I am very upset that they did this without speaking to me about it. She shaved off so much of my natural nail bed that the corners of my nails are so numb from pain from the nail bed being exposed and being covered with acrylic. I used to get acrylic nails before and never had this pain. Then again, I didn't even ask for acrylic. i said gel polish. I would much rather go to a place where they speak to me and try to understand me as much as they can. It was an overstimulating experience with the ladies constantly yelling as they speak to each other and having my nails aggressively shaved off so fast. On top of this it was more expensive than what i usually pay somewhere else.
