I love my massages hard and firm so I always get the deep tissue sports massage which costs 79 for an hour a bit on the pricier end but totally worth it! She always swatches the gel polishes for me, always asks if I like my nail shape, and makes sure I'm happy with the results. My gel polish lasted a whole month without any lifting or peeling! With that being said, I do have some cons about this place. Since its mainly a hair salon, the nail area is really small. Which means the color selection is very limited. Also, she doesn't soak your feet for pedicures. I'm okay with not having a spa pedi chair, but I like soaking my feet in water at least. Lastly, unlike going to a regular nail salon where you can have 2 nail technicians work on you...Gloria is the only technician. So since she's doing both mani and pedi, you'll be expected to be at the salon for 90 mins.

Proceeding onto the massage itself there are massive delays for the masseuse to actually enter the room. Then there are constant interruptions as the masseuse goes to answer the phone constantly. Then she washed my hair (not bad but water was a bit too hot and didn't notice me jump). She then proceeded to chat but when she showed me the back of my hair how she cut it, I was far too shocked to say anything but it looked dreadful. Having never, ever been treated this way in my entire adult life I paid the "pensioner" rate of $35 out of the original $45 quoted. I was booked in a month prior and waited patiently for my turn to have a lovely cut and experience and was duped. The mature ladies even ran up to stop the apprentice from answering the shop's phone when it rang and one said she would get it. I should have just walked out and not paid but that would look pretty nasty too.
