The masseuse left the room on several occasions to…read moreanswer the phone (they should have a receptionist), and then rushed the treatment (did not fulfil the whole hour I paid for) and left me in pain. Still have the soreness from what should have been a relaxing time. Spoke to the Manager, Katie, said that 90% of customers are happy and that I should not complain. Hope others won't make the same mistake I did of going here. I've joined YELP just to put this review on.

Worst experience ever. I am absolutely covered in swollen…read morered and purple bruises after what is the worst massage ever and feels like an assault. I went in for a short 30 minute sports massage as I had a tense neck from my job as a nanny and carrying children. 730pm I walk in and am told to pay straight away. I'm taken into a small room out the back and ten minutes later the masseuse comes in and starts digging her elbows into my back. I ask for her to be more gentle and make many 'ouch' sounds. She starts 'hitting' me with her elbows and using her knuckles to what can only be described as beating me up. After 10 minutes of this and asking her to stop she laughs and says 'haha you cannot handle it'. Half in shock and totally in pain I start crying, she turns me over and asks me to sit up. Gives me another 5 sharp blows on my back and walks out. I paid for a 30 minute massage and got a 12 minute physical assault. 3 days later I am still shocked, confused, in pain and unsure of who to report this too (I called the business yesterday and magically no one speaks English). Do not ever step foot into this place ever!!
