Instead they wanted me to redo all the paperwork I told them there were no changes, didn't have my glasses with me nor my list of medications. I could see in red print that it was for NEW CUSTOMERS and also a list of treatments I might be interested in. I offered to fill out although not necessary as I only had a couple more sessions...left THEY INSISTED THAT IF I COULD NOT FILL OUT I WOULDN'T RECEIVE TREATMENT. Further as I became annoyed they offered a print out and quiet room to accomplish the request.Later in a text message, I was told it was a consultation appointment. I did not need consultation...I WANTED WHAT I PAID FIRST...AS INEFFECTIVE AS IT IS TURNING OUT TO BE. Since I have been denied service on a paid for service I am requesting my money back...on services not rendered $1277.31 They wasted my time and so I will not be returning nor wish to debate/ mediate the situation further. I sent a letter to their email site customer care....and received a response saying send to patient care which I did attention officer manager. Additionally they advise that services are...non refundable. However if they refuse or can not provide services,,,which I was told then monies have to be returned. In my opinion this was a HARD CORE PLOY to get you to sign up for something else while they have a captive audience.

Staff are very professional and they have great prices for the services they provide. I appreciate the pre and post care reminders as well as the appointment reminders. Very helpful cause I'm forgetful. I think it's pretty cool that you can get treatments at other locations too, although I haven't visited the other locations yet. I personally request to only have Eman do my treatments, cause she's the best! Super knowledgeable, thorough with the treatments, and so kind. She always remembers details. Highly recommend!

One of the reasons I choose this place over others is that they don't use power tools (Dremel) on my nails. The big plus for me is the foot and calf massage. I love it. They ask that you buy a small kit for personal hygiene reasons for a nominal fee ($1?). I leave it in the car to remember it for the next time. The massage chairs sometimes have service issues and aren't always working. CP24 is often showing on the TVs, so I bring an e-book or a friend to chat with.

She proceeded to print out receipt of the first visit as "proof" that I paid the same amount. However, it was somebody else's receipt with totally different treatments which I assume she didn't expect me to pay attention to. When she pulled up my account, all of a sudden my first visit could not "be seen" on the system. It felt like a huge rip off. We left feeling extremely dissatisfied at the poor customer service and attitude of the staff.

We showed the lady in the front and she switched it for a new one which is good for my mom. However, I bought this three step skin care and I realized too late that the pump for the moisturizer was broken. Im posting this now because I want to get my face looked at again and I remembered this place but decided to look at another. The ladies are all nice, I just didn't get lucky I guess.
