If I could Give this place a Zero! I would. Weirdly enough there are so many great reviews and it actually makes me feel like the owner just made up various accounts on yelp to make her self look better! My best friend Got her lashes done at this location a few weeks ago and depending on how hers came out, I was going to decide whether I should go or not. And let me just say thank God I did not. In about less than 24 hours my friends eyes were fully burning. and by the next day more than half her lashes were gone. I am extremely disappointed with this location I would not recommend anybody to go there. Thankfully my friend lashes are slowly growing back and we have now that we are absolutely in love. not only is her eyelash application mediocre but her passive aggressive attitude made my friend uncomfortable and felt unwelcome to come back. My friend is way too nice to write a review, but I felt the need to do this for you guys who are looking for a great place to go to get your lashes done because this is not the one to go to. After been to another salon in Los Angeles for eyelash extensions and having a less-than-favorable experience there, I was really hesitant to give it another go. But I found Beautyful Lashes on Yelp and decided I wanted to try it again. I made my appointment on a Saturday so parking wasn't an issue, but when I saw Mydygma, she notified me that the parking structure attached to the building is actually FREE on the weekends (love that)! The whole salon was very calming and relaxing. There are other beauty professionals working in that building as well in their own separate suites. I explained what happened during my last lash experience at another salon and she made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. In fact, I was so comfortable, I fell asleep in the chair! Needless to say, my appointment went great. I had no allergic reactions (and still haven't) to the adhesive that she used. My lashes look as good now (it's been 2 weeks) as they did when I left. I've been seeing Mydygma for close to a year and she is amazing! I had a few people do eye lash extensions prior to coming to her and was ready to give up since I wasn't getting the result I was looking for. The very first visit, she understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. She is always very professional, on time, friendly and most importantly....does an amazing job every time!! I do the Russian 3D volume lashes and can not even think of going without them! I don't even realize they are there and I go pretty dramatic. I'm never going to anyone else for eyelash extensions again!!! Mydygma is absolutely amazing. She saved my lashes from a horrific, clumpy, damaging, unprofessional set that I had gotten from LASH Beverly Hills. The glue was so clumped and excessive, the lashes were poor quality and ripping out my real lashes, and they looked terrible. After doing extensive research, I booked an appointment through Soft Arch Studios' user-friendly website. I received an email confirming my appointment along with instructions to follow prior to my appointment. They even sent me a calendar invite with the time and address making it super convenient for those of us busy worker bees. Now on to the artist. Anh radiates positive energy! She is not just a talented and very detailed artist but also a patient and understanding person. Anh texted me her recommendations after she took her time to explain the difference between the various types of brows one can get. She took her time to educate me on all the necessary steps and asked what OUR goals were. She understands while she is the artist, you are the customer, and it takes teamwork to get the best brows for you. She gave me the cutest aftercare packet and follow up text reminders. I am so happy with my nano brows!
