I called to get it fixed and was told stylist had quit. I seen another stylist and still not good. Asked for owners attention and wouldn't speak to me over the phone. So now I'm out of over 100$ and still need a haircut somewhere else! The stylists were both very nice but just don't have the support they need to become better at their craft. Very sad situation!!! I've never wrote a review before but felt it necessary to warn others. Nothing is worse than having a "bad hair day" every day and nervous about finding a stylist I can trust!

I was a bit nervous when I was advised that someone else would be doing my hair at my next appointment and would follow the prior girl's instructions. Long story short, the right side of my hair has high/low lights, the left side and back of my hair has straight color and my hair looked like straw. Moreover, when I lifted my hair I noticed that I still had major black roots in the back. The whole experience from the wash to the final comb out was abysmal. I complained to the manager/owner who initially agreed to do my hair over for me. However, when I stated that I still had dark roots in the back, she got mad and said that "they clearly would never make me happy and she would remove me from their client's list." Very disappointing for an Adler salon.....the customer's satisfaction clearly isn't this manager/owner's priority and the final product was not worthy of what they charge!!!! When you're a retired widow you spend money wisely and do not appreciate poor customer service.
