I got my blizzards and they almost didn't give me my large blizzard. I drove home, looked at the blizzards and realized that they made my blizzard half of what it's supposed to be. There was supposed to be cocoa fudge and whip cream, I got neither, just Oreo. The other two blizzards were correct, and that's why I am giving this two stars and not one. I called them to tell them about the incident and I got hung up on. Never going back.

I stopped by Dairy Chef on a hot Sunday evening around 7 p.m., fully expecting it to be busy--and…read moreit definitely was. The line was long, and we waited about 15 minutes before they opened a second ordering window, which helped keep things moving even as the line continued to grow. We got our food fairly quickly, but the ice cream took quite a while to come out afterward. From start to finish, we ended up waiting around 45 minutes. That said, the food and ice cream were both good. I've been here before and have always enjoyed it, so I understand why it's so popular. Just be prepared for a wait during peak times. If the line is a little shorter, it's absolutely worth the stop, but I don't know that I'd wait 45 minutes again.

It was excellent. Our daughter and I each had a cheeseburger and she had a large order of onion rings. Wow. The burgers were flavorful and those onion rings were so good. My wife and I "stole" more than one ring from our daughters bag. They seem to be freshly battered, but I would doubt that as it would be time consuming to serve fresh onion rings. They are quick to answer the phone, extremely helpful when answering questions and have the friendly staff. Everyone who I spoke with on the phone had the most polite customer service skills and treated me with the upmost respect. I really enjoyed booking them for my internal work party. During the dog days of summer my company thought it would be a great idea to have an ice cream truck, some know it as the ding ding man come and serve ice cream to employees. After doing a little research I came across this fantastic company. I called on a Saturday and was able to book a truck for that following Tuesday (yes, three days later) without any hesitation. We went through the billing process, how the day would be set up, where to park, what to expect and all of my questions that I had so I could report to employees what to expect. As mentioned it was fantastic customer service. So fantastic that the event went so perfectly my CEO is already excited to hire this company for next year again! Once the announcement was made that there would be a special ice cream treat that afternoon the employees were thrilled and so excited that they started to line up for a treat. Our Frosty Treats representative, Grady, was fast and efficient with keep track of who ordered what and being very personable to all of the employees. He was able to get everyone what they wanted in a very timely fashion. The employees were thrilled with their choices and stuck around to network with others in the company. After the event was over, we said our goodbyes to the Frosty Treats Van. Since the van itself doesn't need a generator or power we didn't have any clean up to do, everything was self contained. This was the best employee event was have done to date. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, thank you Grady for being amazing with our employees and we can't wait to have you back next year!
