I bought a package for laser treatment to remove hyper-pigmentation on my face, however on my third visit Linda, the technician/owner, severely burned my face, leaving me with large, dark blotches across my cheeks that I couldn't even cover with makeup. Recovery was truly horrific, I had to seek burn treatment from a dermatologist and in total it took me 1.5 years to recover from this experience. Linda, the technician/owner, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, and my traumatic experience with their customer service only adds insult to injury. I went back to the spa for a refund, but was told that the damage was normal reaction of my skin despite it being a very clear case of the technician using a temperature too high. I could only get store credit despite me making multiple trips to show them the damage that had been done to my face. The last thing I wanted to do was to purchase any more services from that spa, so with my remaining THOUSAND DOLLAR credit, I purchased several products. When I placed my order, they told me it would take 2 weeks to arrive. It has now been SIX MONTHS and my calls/messages to see if there are any updates with my order are now just going to nowhere. Many women like me seek facial laser treatment to look their best and to have a relaxing, worry-free spa experience. I implore you to PLEASE, PLEASE not give this spa any of your business. Don't cheap out on your face, don't support businesses with unacceptable practices, it's just not worth it.

Original was just one massgist work for me. Later on, she started adding more massagists worked on my body and face for 4 hours. That meant I have need to pay double the tips to each massagists. Park Lane Beauty is one of the best value in town for a basic facial…read more The basic facial that last 90 min includes: - hand treatment: your hands will be covered in lotion and put in a plastic wrap and inside a warm glove for almost 1 hour - full facial cleanse and exfoliation under a steaming mist - removal of white and black heads - facial hair removal by threading (quite painful makes my eyes all watery but afterwards my face is so smooth!) - eye brow trimming - facial massage - head, upper shoulder and neck massage - full facial mask choice of masks depends on your skin type And the price is $23 for first visit! And the package deal is great around $25 after that. Their massage is $48 for 1 hour, it is a full body massage! I usually bring my own massage oil and facial massage cream there since I am really picky about what they put on my body. The therapists are all great and attentive.
