Also, I didnt feel like they were pushing me to buy things that I didn't need or things that I couldn't benefit from. I have combination skin, so all of the products recommended to me, addressed my skin care needs. Thanks Sara! Products: Could not be HAPPIER with my purchases. I have acne prone skin and I kid u not my skin hasn't been this clear since before I started nursing school (which gave me stress acne). I use the Anti-dust cleanser followed by the madarin orange/parsley toner( for troubled skin) which was 30%off and cream from that line. I was so in love with this toner I bought 5 bottles. 2 bottles for myself and gave the others to my sisters and my friend. Highly recommend this place. Such friendly staff and great products!!

The prices are higher then I expected from this brand ( I read about them on some blogs) and I've heard prices are cheaper online. I really came here to try the sheet masks. Once I was asked what my skin type was I was then told I could only use certain masks on the wall. Then the girl stood there and watched me. It was so annoying because I wanted to pick up a variety and see which ones I liked. When I picked up one that wasn't for my skin type the girl tells me no you can't use that one. Sigh. I ended up picking up a few masks ( for my skin type) and one for hubby. I was disappointed in my experience here and won't be returning.

I know, it's Walgreens. We don't expect a five star experience, but you know, it would be nice and…read moreit is do-able if only more employees cared about why they are there and cared about helping the customers. Very simply, I had ordered a few photos through their on-site photo kiosk. When I finished, the system told me that my prints would be ready in 30 minutes. When I came back an hour later, I couldn't find anyone at the photo department. There was actually a lovely woman at the front register who offered to get someone to help me. She broadcast over the store intercom that a customer needed help in the photo area. Over the next ten minutes she requested help for me two more times since no one bothered to show up. Finally an employee sauntered over and went to get my pictures, only to find that no one had bothered to look at the machine and see that the pictures were never printed. So it's now 45 minutes past the promised time and the pictures were never done. Granted it only took a few more minutes for them to print, but that's not the point; the employee just didn't care. Five stars for the front counter person, no stars for the photo person.

I had the "detox facial with anti-aging neck & décolleté treatment" from La'Shawn yesterday. It was…read morea great experience and I wish I've tried it earlier. Before the appointment, she reached out to learn more about my skin concerns and current regimen. I told her my biggest skin issues were large pores, sagging skin and a dull complexion. At the appointment, she started the with dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzzes and dead skin cells. My skin instantly felt softer and more breathable. She then did a mint and papaya enzyme peel. The enzyme tingled a little but nothing unbearable and felt really refreshing and nourishing afterwards. She then removed the black heads. But first she applied a partial facial mask to loosen up the sebum in my pores and as a result there's very little pinching and squeezing to remove the blackheads unlike my previous experience with facials. I really loved how painless that was and the results are just as great! Meanwhile, she massaged my shoulders and neck and applied a décolleté peel off mask. she ended the session with a detoxifying charcoal mask. After the 90 minutes treatment, my skin looked taut and bright. The day after (today), my pores are visibly smaller, skin feels even firmer than right after the facial, and my complexion brighter with a healthy glow. Even my husband commented on how much softer my skin feels. Below is the before and after (day after) pictures I took. Even as a makeup artist, I'm not used to thinking a facial can make such a difference, but after my visit with La'Shawn, I'm a believer. I highly recommend La'Shawn's services if you looking for a visible difference to your skin in one visit.

Im sure you ordered from Kenra but why send me something that was sitting in your warehouse because your company wants to get rid of old before the new?
