All of the staff were very friendly, there was 2 nail techs giving manicures & 1 busy with a pedicure. Since they were a little busy when I arrived, I was asked to sit & wait. While waiting in the waiting area one of the nail techs came over with her drill & filed what gel polish I had left on my nails off. Then she went back to working on her current client. She then brought me some acetone to soak one nail in & water for the other hand all while I was waiting for my turn. I would have preferred to wait then have had to sit awkwardly in the waiting area trying to soak my fingers. Finally she finished up with her customer & helped me over to the table. She worked quickly and quitely on my nails. After applying the initial layer of gel polish she went to find the glitter polish to finish off the look I had requested. What she brought back wasn't what I wanted but I had come to the realization I wasn't going to get the look I wanted. We modified my idea & she quickly applied to glitter. I wasn't impressed by the hand massage, if you could call it that either.I don't plan to go back unless I'm in a bind. After I got home & have had a few days, I'm not thrilled with my nails. The color is thin in places, probably because the polish is cheap. I've scuffed the polish already & I don't know how. The nails aren't even from edge to edge as they were when I went in & I'm noticing that my cuticles are already needing attention. I paid a standard price but got a below standard job.
